Single level home with 36" wide doors, features: 2 master suites with king beds and onsuite baths at opposite ends of home. Both with doors to close off from main living area for total privacy. 1862 sq/ft of living space with a sun/game room off of the Southern Master suite. Stunning ocean views, floor to ceiling windows, from all living spaces out back, and the Waldport bridge view out front. Sleep in comfort during your vacation on a King-size mattresses. Bayshore Beach Club amenities, include: tennis and swimming; and daily activities, at a small per person/per day rate, paid at the clubhouse.

Spectacular views by day, 2 fireplaces by night.

Wheelchair accessible throughout, beautiful bathrooms, pet friendly, LGBTQ welcome.

One ring security camera on the outside of the house facing the driveway. Only to monitor sand build up on driveway- reach out with any questions.

In the winter the sand can build up quickly- we do our best to keep it clear, but the weather is constantly changing.

Our family stayed here, and we have 3 small children; it was perfect with no stairs. The house was clean, and the proximity to the beach was great!

We had a late check in due to cleaning personnel not showing, but we were informed, and only an hour late. The oven and stove top were not very clean, and there was sand in a couple of the closets. Beds were comfy, and plenty of pillows to choose from. The walk in shower was excellent, with plenty of hot water and great pressure. There is a lot of seating with great views of the ocean. The mini-splits allowed us to tailor rooms temps for our individual liking. Access to the actual beach was a bit of walk though soft sand dunes, but once there, no crowds, and miles of walking.

Beautiful home! We enjoyed having two separate spaces on each side of the house. Walking to the water was just amazing. The amenities were great as well.

First off, communication with the host was nothing short of perfect. We had to contact at booking and then just before and during the visit. Our calls were returned within minutes and help was provided immediately. Perfect.The beach was great. I had read it was a bit of a walk to the beach. It is but not bad at all. My husband has bad knees but he did fine.Loved the size of the kitchen.We would rent this house again!!

The home we rented was spotless, had absolutely ever thing you could possible need or want, and was situated on a beautifully secluded stretch of beach with stunning views.

We chose this property because it is wheelchair friendly. As a person with ALS I am fully dependent on a wheelchair. We have gotten used to renting houses and hotel rooms that are supposed to be wheelchair friendly only to find they are not or only marginally. In this house we found nice wide doors, room to manover around furniture. There are bars in the bathroom and a huge roll in shower. The threshold for the front door is a little high but we carry a portable 1 inch threshold wedge with us that smoothed it nicely. The biggest is the bed height. It was difficult to get into and out of. Overall the house was a little dated. There was some staining on the comforter and plenty of sand in the nooks and crannies.

The house was much farther from the water than it looked in the listing. There were large dunes between the house and the beach which obscured most of the water view. If you are elderly or a toddler walking from the house to the beach would be very difficult. I was afraid of falling so was unable to walk the long distance through the dunes to the beach. We couldn’t even hear the waves of the ocean from the house. Having a good view of the beach and hearing the waves and walking on the beach was why I go to the coast so the trip was very disappointing. Especially for the cost. They had a jetted tub in one bathroom but the jets didn’t work. They did provide sand toys for children and outside chairs for adults to sit in and look at the dunes. You could not see the shoreline however. There was a nice restaurant, La Baia, only 3 minutes drive from the house.

Beautiful beach house on the sand dunes. Set up is perfect for two couples. Grandson loved that the beach was right out the back door.
