Beautifully remodeled 3 bed/3 bath sunny Victorian is two blocks away from the main street and Mineral Belt trail with a fully equipped kitchen and a lot of storage space.

1st floor:

Living Room: 55" tv, gas stove with thermostat
Master Bedroom: full bed, baby crib
Kids Bedroom: twin/full bunk bed with trundle, gas stove with thermostat
Bathroom: full with a clawfoot tub with shower
Kitchen: fully equipped including pots and pans, microwave, coffee maker, french press, toaster, gas stove, dishwasher, dishes, silverware and more.
Laundry Room: washer and dryer, gas stove with thermostat

Great stay in downtown Leadville

The house was perfect for our two family getaway! It was well equipped with food staples & spices. Easy to maintain at desired temperature in each space. Super close the the main drag and definitely easy walking distance to downtown. Would definitely stay there again with the same group. Thanks for maintaining such a great spot to stay!

Great Christmas Stay

Our daughter lives in Leadville and works at Copper Mountain. She invited us up for Christmas and this house was perfect for our holiday. We had fun skiing at Copper Mountain during the day and relaxing in the evening!!

Lovely Victorian

This lovely Victorian has many positive attributes. It is spacious, well-furnished, with a bright kitchen and living room. The kitchen was also well-stocked with all of the cooking equipment one might need. We loved the fact that the house was within walking distance of Leadville's main street. The property managers/owners where always quick to respond to any inquiries that we made after booking. It was the perfect place for our family gathering.

This is our second stay at the property. It is well maintained, clean, comfortable, and an easy walk to downtown. Excellent choice for a stay in Leadville.

Too short weekend

We had a great stay at the Sunny Victorian. It was large, clean and perfect for our group of 5 and 2 dogs.

Wonderful accommodations. Worked very well for our 3 couples and dogs. Great access to vehicles for unloading ski equipment as well as safe, secure fenced yard. Complete kitchen accessories!!

Nice Home Great Location

Home is within walking distance of downtown and the Mineral Belt Trail. Convenient to highway access as well. The only complaint I have is the upstairs was very stuffy/hot (August stay), even when keeping the windows open. The owner supplied two small rechargeable fans (size of my palm) that turned off after a couple hours of use. I was able to make it work, but a larger fan or ceiling fans need to be installed to aid with airflow. I would stay here again - but claim a downstairs bedroom!

Perfect house in Leadville

We had a great stay in Leadville, the home was immaculate, had everything we needed, great location, excellent communication with the hosts. The home has all kinds of interesting old time Leadville pictures and cool antiques. Great porch swings, although we had a lot of rain - We just loved it!

July stay

The property was clean and the set up was as described. The kitchen is renovated and very well stocked. We were 4 adults and it accommodated us all. The house has many beds, but some of the beds may be small for couples. The upstairs bedroom is carpeted. The property has a fenced in yard, which is good for dogs, but the yard could use some maintenance. There is a nice outdoor eating area and two swing chairs on the front porch which we enjoyed. Great location, close to downtown, stores and trails.

Wonderful house and location

Beautiful clean and comfortable house minutes walking from the center of Leadville. Great setup, fully functioning kitchen with everything you need to cook yourself meals. Awesome fenced backyard, our dogs had a wonderful time. Really loved our stay here!

Wonderful spot

Place is as advertised and was clean. Nice outdoor space and close to downtown. Everyone enjoyed the stay and the accommodations. Great communication with the owner and really appreciated the flexibility. Would certainly stay again.

Wonderful home

This home was very comfortable, very well stocked and was a great location for Ski Cooper and downtown. Our family and friends really enjoyed our trip and this home was a big part of it.

This house was cozy and had everything we needed. It was a short walk to downtown leadville.

This house was great for our needs. Our is dog friendly and the fenced yard is such a nice perk. It also had plenty of parking for our snowmobile trailer. It is the perfect place to launch on daily outdoor adventures. It's a quick drive to cross country/snowmobile trails and close to Cooper and Copper mountains.

Amazing location and everything we could have needed

The homeowners were so friendly and helpful! I wish I could give them 10 stars for their home. The location is perfect to get to the downtown/ shopping area by foot and it is super close to the mineral belt. We had young kids with us and the house had a whole stash of toys and games for them! I want to come back just so we can stay here again.

Ski weekend

We loved the getaway weekend. The home was warm and inviting. Very short distance to all the amenities of downtown Leadville and Cooper Mountain is just down the road. I would definitely come again.

An amazing home in ideal location

So amazing to have a house which accommodated our whole family including infant and dog. We had a remarkable and memorable holiday. The whole house setup was extremely comfortable and thoughtfully organized. Erika was attentive and very communicative. (Thank you!)
