It was very good. Gorgeous property with a lot of rooms. Kitchen was very lovely too. I especially loved the little nook with lots of windows upstairs.

Great house just a few blocks from a pathway on the ocean and several great restaurants. The host was very responsive when needed. I would definitely come back!

Great location, clean property and supportive hosts. They were communicative and accommodating during the booking and early checkin process. Only comment - it would be good to have a few additional mattresses or airbed to accommodate large groups.

Enjoyable

The place was very clean and close to the beach, which is what we wanted. We enjoyed our stay very much we would definitely come back again.

Unfortunately, the house was not as clean as the photos make it appear. There was a bag of trash strewn across the side yard, the balconies were not usable and the furniture on them was falling apart, there was black mold/mildew/gunk around the caulking of the kitchen sink and both upstairs bathroom sinks, including the shower hoses and bathroom windows. There was urine all behind the master bathroom toilet and the walls were dirty. The side of the refrigerator was coated in mounds of gunk/dust. The floors appeared to be somewhat clean, but after walking on them, our socks were black. I sent multiple pics showing it has never really been cleaned.We had taken food to cook for breakfasts, but did not to cook there, as everything just looked dirty. There were five of us and it cost us over 120 to eat out each morning for an inexpensive and mediocre breakfast. I contacted the managing company, who did send cleaners the following day, but only attempted to clean the sinks and side of the refrigerator. They used so much bleach, we had to leave all the windows and doors open for several hours and stay out of the house until it was tolerable enough to go back. When asking for a partial refund, they returned a very small fraction that didn't even cover the cost we had to spend on breakfast. Although, there is patio furniture out back, it was so covered with dirt and debris and was unusable. We had traveled several hours there and would have left if there was another option.

Great house!

Great house and wonderful location! It was roomy and well equipped and was a perfect home base for my sons wedding in the area! Very comfortable for 4 adult couples.

Great stay in Half Moon Bay

Comfortable and lots of space for the family. Kitchen had everything we needed...nice bonus room with ping pong table & basketball. Located one block from a grocery store and walkable to the harbor with lots of good restaurants and coastal trail.

Great Stay in Half Moon Bay

This house was the perfect layout for our family - plenty of gathering spaces, bedrooms were spread out, great decor and the game room in the garage was fun for all ages. Nice location and clean. Property manager was incredibly quick to respond to questions during our stay.

We had an amazing stay!

My friends, family, and I had an amazing time here. The home is gorgeous, and decorated beautifully! You also get a nice view of the water! The check-in process was easy and the host was very good about getting back to us in a timely manner. Definitely recommend this property and look forward to staying here again!

Very big house, bathrooms and kitchen were fantastic. Everything that we needed. Great location lots to do within walking distance and an easy drive to San Francisco and Redwood City

Half Moon Bay Family Trip

We absolutely loved our stay and definitely recommend this beach house. The house was immaculate and newly remodeled. It had everything we needed. The host was very professional and easy to work with. The house was close to the beach and stores. Will definitely rent again!

Beautiful home

This was the perfect little getaway for my daughter and her young adult friends. There was plenty of room for everyone and the common areas were perfect for games and sitting around and talking. Everything was very nice and clean. Communication was great with property manager.

Multigenerational stay

This house was great for our multigenerational family of 11. Great views, clean and newly remodeled. The host was super nice and communicative. Only note is that the beds were super firm foam so if that’s not your jam, you may have a tough time getting comfy. Overall, I Highly recommend.

We had a good time The only thing was that outside lighting was lacking and there was a grill when we were told there wasn’t a grill when we asked before booking

HMB Home

Hope was nicely appointed and very clean. Great location to water and harbor. I would have liked more kitchen cookware, plates, and glasses. Stove was not user friend

Fantastic Place!

This home was over the top beautiful...and very clean! Plenty of space for my large family to spread out. The ping pong table was an added bonus! The Kitchen was well equipped. Enjoyed the great ocean views fron upstairs. Perfect location near the Pillar Point Harbor and the many wonderful restaurants and beaches. I would highly recommend this home. And the hosts were extremely easy to communicate with. Can't wait to stay here again!

Relaxing vacation

The house was clean and roomie. There was plenty of space for our extended family (8 adults, 6 kids). The family rooms and dining rooms were large enough to accommodate all of us. The location was great. We had bay views and an easy walk to the harbor with cafes and restaurants. The kids loved the game room in the garage which kept them busy and off their electronics. It was an easy drive into San Francisco for a day trip.
