Had a great time at the house. Check-in and check-out were seamless and the house is as advertised. 5min walk to the beach and was very close to amenities which kept driving minimal.

The home is very spacious and well-equipped, especially the kitchen. Having the grill and fire pit was great. The furninshings and decor were nothing special, but certainly more than adequate and functional. This is a great house for a large group, and the location can't be beat, expecially if you have dogs. Our two dogs loved the beach, and while it's technically not an off-leash beach, it was pretty empty and the few dogs there were all off leasch with no issues. The nearby (like 200 yards) Miramar Beach Restaurant was very good and couldn't be more convenient. We'd rent it again, for sure.

Great short getaway

The property is beautiful, and only a block away from the ocean. It was perfect for a small group retreat with a spacious kitchen to cook for all of us.

Fantastic location, the space is great however could use , a good deep clean. Especially in the kitchen. Please note, we did enjoy ourselves and overall is a pleasant experience. Our little dog, had a great time as well, we appreciate, being able to have her with us.

Wonderful spot

Great for families near the beach

We were two families with small children and loved being close to the beach. Nice backyard with a clean grill. Spacious upstairs area for hanging out.

Beautiful place

The home is gorgeous and the area is very safe. The only thing off was the instructions said to go to front door for entry with keypad when it’s actually the back door and you have to go through back yard.

Great Getaway!

The house is very spacious, and beautiful, and the backyard is wonderful. We had a great time bbqing, enjoying the fire pit, and hanging out in the large gathering places. Our large german shepherd enjoyed it as well!

Miramar Family time

We enjoyed the many rooms and wonderful kitchen at this property. The back yard is something out of the Secret Garden - very cool and secure with children staying with us. A short walk to the beach and local restaurant was also appreciated.

Terrific, Large Half Moon Bay Rental Home

We were frustrated that we couldn't get into the Ritz as it was sold out, but super glad in hindsight, as that drove us to VRBO to find this wonderful, large home rental! Very spacious, well appointed, comfortable beds, close to beach. Fair price (and much cheaper than the Ritz!).

Great location

Location was amazing!! Host was easy to get a hold of with questions. Only drawback was the property was a little in need of some updates, and a had a few ants and spiders in the house as well, otherwise amazing home!

Great Family Home

Lots of room for our group of 8. Location is awesome with lots of walking options nearby. Backyard is beautiful! We spent lots of time gathering in the backyard around the fire table. We’d definitely rent again!

This was a great house for a family of 10. The great room and kitchen were awesome. It was also close to the beach, which was a plus. I would rent it again.

Great Property

The only issue we had was there were some dirty spoons in the drawer, it was an easy fix (just put em all in the dishwasher) aside from that the family plus pup enjoyed staying at the property.
