This beautiful 2 bedroom with an additional bunk room condo is located on the 2nd floor of Shores of Panama Resort, with a reserved parking spot located on the 2nd floor. You don't have to wait for the elevators!!

IMPORTANT - Oct 15, 2025 – Feb 28, 2026 – Outdoor stucco renovations will affect this unit. The balcony will be closed during this period, and there will be noise, potentially moderate to loud, during the day, Monday - Saturday, and possibly, but unlikely, on Sundays. The condo is discounted during this time. After booking during this time, you will need to acknowledge that you understand the impact and noise that may be possible during your stay

An additional and separate $100 registration fee on-site for wristbands and parking passes (1 reserved parking spot and one general parking spot). These bands are purchased after booking directly with the resort. This one time fee covers your entire party for your entire stay.

This condo is a direct beachfront condo located in the Shores of Panama Resort. Perfectly located on the 2nd floor, a middle unit with breathtaking views of the ocean and the beautifully landscaped tropical pool area. Steps from the tropical pool area and white sandy beach! Featuring two full-size bedrooms, with attached full baths, and one bunk room with an attached full bath. There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa. This spacious condo suite is decorated beautifully with coastal décor and can accommodate up to 8 people!! Perfect for a large family or group.

Complimentary WiFi and cable TV are provided in the living area and all bedrooms. The bunk room has a smart TV. All new stainless appliances in the kitchen, and a full-size washer and dryer in the unit, meaning you will have everything you need to make wonderful and lasting memories with your family and friends!

Enjoy a refreshing plunge in the resort-style pool or unwind in the hot tub and drink and dine at one of the poolside 2 tiki bars. Work up a sweat in the on-site fitness center. Meeting and event facilities are also offered onsite.

It’s also an easy walk to Wal-Mart, just a couple of blocks away. Park the car and forget it, cause you probably won’t need to use it much - if at all.

Same-level parking. Please note that oversized vehicles need to park on the 1st floor in first come first serve spots or in overflow parking about a 1/2 mile from the resort.

Beach chairs are provided, but due to the potential of guests breaking chair(s) and not informing us a full set of 8+ beach chairs is not guaranteed. We visit the property 3-4 times a year and replace chairs as necessary.
As owners, we take pride in detailed cleanliness and making sure you have everything you may need for your convenience and comfort. The property manager, Kabot and Sonnta are just a text, email, or phone call away any day of the week!

This condo is located in the Shores of Panama, which is home to the area’s largest pool and pool deck, featuring waterfalls, fountains, exotic tropical landscaping, plus fully equipped tiki bars, onsite restaurants, lounge chairs, palm trees, and a large zero-entry pool area. The huge horseshoe-shaped pool includes private access to the gorgeous beach directly adjacent. In addition, this property offers a large outdoor hot tub, an indoor glassed heated pool, a fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment,

Special Notes:
There is a separate resort fee of $100 for wristbands and two parking passes. You cannot bring more than 2 cars.

We provide all linens but do not provide beach towels.
We provide starter kit supplies for the kitchen and bathrooms. Walmart is a short walk for any food and supplies you do not bring with you.

This complex allows pets ONLY for owners. This is strictly enforced. Guests that attempt to bring pets will be fined and potentially evicted by the property management. The only exception to this is a registered service dog. Emotional Support Animals are NOT allowed on complex grounds.

There is no smoking allowed in the condo. Violators could be fined and/or evicted. There is a designated smoking area somewhat near the pool bar.

The outdoor pool is not heated so could be a little chilly early season. We do have a smaller indoor heated pool.
