The amenities were wonderful.Other than few leftover McDonald’s kids figure , two diapers and a dirty panty, the room was good.The location was excellent.

We accommodated an early check-in for your stay, and unfortunately it appears a few things were overlooked. I’ve already shared this with my cleaning team so we can do better moving forward.

Our stay was awesome. The pool was clean. The beaches were clean. The rooms were awesome as well. I only have complaint I have is the sheets kept coming up off the mattress every time you moved and not enough towels per bathroom. next time I’d like to have a closer view of the beach.

Condo was very nice with good bedroom space and nice balcony. Building is a little run down on the inside and construction was happening on exterior. Pool and beach were excellent although hot tub was not working well.

Thankfully that is temporary and should make the resort less run down once completed. Sorry about the hot tub issues. It quit heating properly during your stay and has been repaired.

Shores Vacation

Me and my family had a wonderful time at this resort. This was my second time there and both times was just fun. Our rental was very clean and we had the best view.

Great spot

We were thankful to be on the 4th floor! The view was great, beach was across the street and the host was so quick to respond!
