Our stay was perfect. The home and patio were spotless. So convenient to park in the attached covered garage. Great views of South Mountain, in a nice residential area, close to trails, and less than a mile to shopping, groceries, movies, entertainment, huge array of restaurants, and to the interstate, to see what Phoenix and the Valley has to offer. Amazing host! Eric is the most responsive, helpful and flexible host we have ever met. We hope he will have this home available for our next visit.

The house looks “rough” and needs a deep cleaning. I would consider replacing the cookware, also cheese stuck on baking sheet in cabinet.

The house has not been attentively maintained. The drawer front was missing from one bathroom drawer when we arrived. The kitchen is stocked, but piecemeal. When we saw the condition of the spatulas and the like in the kitchen, we elected not to cook. The ice maker didn't distribute ice, but it made it. So you could use tongs and get it out.Ultimately, we checked out early. The house was making my allergies really flared up. And by day 4 I couldn't shake it by leaving. I get that it's a pet friendly peoperty, and that can affect allergens… but I suspect the Ac could benefit from service and cleaning, at a minimum. The bathtub didn't turn on, in the second bath, and the host was great and offered to send a plumber, but we didn't need the tub and didn't want to deal with a repair, so we elected to just alert him and leave it for repair after checkout. The turf is bottom of the line, so in the summer after 9 am, you and your pets aren't safely walking on it. You can smell the plastic cooking and it is SO HOT. Ultimately, it's fine for the price, just understand its not going to make you feel like it's a peaceful respite. It does have a pool, but no real shade, and the pool is an insert.

Loved it

Aside from a few issues, such as flooded dish washer, backed up sink, a stuck bathroom door, and the garbage full in the garage causing the house to have a gross smell when garage door was open, it was very clean and very beautiful home. There was not much to clean up the house, like a broom, or mop or cleaning products. But, besides multiple small things, the rooms were amazing and it was very homey. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Thank you very much for taking the time to review our property. We are terrible sorry about the trash, there was a mix up with our cleaning team forgetting to take it out. We have also fixed the garbage disposal which was broken by a prior guest. We are glad that you enjoyed the property outside of those factors and look forward to hosting you again in the future!

Needs TLC

There is mold in the primary shower. The handle on the hall bath is rusted out. Stains on comforter, throw blankets, sofa, chairs and rugs. Its not in the condition that the pictures show. The lazy susan fell out of the cabinet when i tried to turn it. Insidecand out needs some attention to look like the pictures.
