Host was excellent with communication. Proximity to beach was great. Actual view from the unit was blocked by trees and not consistent with listing photos.

Thank you so much for visiting over Labor Day weekend, Carol! Our condo is at Silver Sands, a gulfcoast property. We are directly on the beach, Gulf side, but our condo does not have direct oceanview. Our view is a diagonal across the pool to the ocean. We have a large screened lanai, and there are some palm trees, but we very much have a pretty view, and our photos have always been accurate. Thank you again for staying at our condo!

This was the most peaceful, relaxing beach trip we have ever experienced. We spent most of our time soaking up the sun, salt water and sunsets with sand between our toes. The condo felt like home, with everything we needed (we flew in with a backpack and lacked nothing), it was clean and comfortable. Our first morning we received the sweetest surprise at the door for breakfast, very thoughtful host, who seems to want to make your stay as best as it can be!We loved EVERYTHING and are already talking about making this a yearly event

The room has direct beach access, plenty of beach chairs. The water and amenities are beautiful, very comfortable bed and the owner couldn't have been any more pleasant or easier to deal with. We had a great stay. 5 stars.

Lovely, clean, well-decorated condo with shaded porch overlooking the community pool. We enjoyed reading there, with the beach visible in the distance. Kitchen had everything we needed, including a waffle maker we had fun with. Beach access was super convenient and the chairs provided made it perfect. What truly made the trip though was Heidi’s care and comfort put into every detail. Highly recommend!

Our host provided everything we could need! She communicated well with us before and during our stay. The condo was tastefully furnished, very clean and comfortable. The location was ideal with a beautiful pool and easy access to the beach. Restaurants & activities were available nearby.

Beautiful location , 1 minute walk to a long stretch of gorgeous beach. The condo has everything you would have in your own home. We wanted for nothing. I highly recommend this for anyone that likes the beach .

We had an absolutely fantastic time at this property and cannot recommend it highly enough. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and relaxing.The location is truly unbeatable, as access to the beach is incredibly quick and easy. It was so convenient for heading out to the sand whenever we felt like it. Inside, the condo was spotless and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need for our stay.A huge thank you to our host, Heidi, who was wonderful to work with. She was proactive and friendly, and her communication was consistently awesome, which made the entire process stress-free. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, and perfectly located getaway, this is the place to book!

Great Vacation

This was an awesome vacaion rental. Great location steps from the beach. Our host Heidi was exceptional, making sure that we had everything that we needed. I would highly recomend this place to anyone looking for a gem on the beach.

Best family vacation ever!

We absolutely loved staying here! From surprise local juice and treats our first morning from the host, to beautiful views from the kitchen and porch, swimming four times daily, short walk to the beach, and a very comfortable condo, we feel lucky to have stayed here!

Perfect Vacation

This was a perfect vacation for us. The property was beautiful, right on the beach, and we could walk to some great bars and restaurants. The owner was very kind and communicated often to see if we needed anything. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Stay
