Longboat Key is central to Lido Key and the world-famous St. Armand's Circle, and a short distance to Anna Maria Island. End unit, ground floor. Small studio 330 sq ft, queen murphy bed and queen sofa bed tempur mattress. Newly landscaped and painted.

I had a really great stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The owner was always attentive, communicated promptly, and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. I truly appreciated the excellent hospitality and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Beautiful beach front condo! Very relaxing and quiet. Clean and Annette responded quickly. Would definitely stay there again. It was perfect for a 5 night getaway.

we loved that is is right in the beach. Amenities were adequate for our short stay and the apt was clean. We would stay here again for sure!

It was lovely! It was the perfect location right on the beach. We so enjoyed eating on the patio with a beautiful view, then walking just steps to either the pool or gulf. We will be back!

We had another great time at this beautiful place. We had everything we needed, pool, grill, laundry, beautiful view and only steps away from the gulf. The place is very clean, stocked with everything you need to cook and grill if you want to. Full size fridge stove and dishwasher. We will definitely be back next year.

Beachfront!! View and location is a PERFECT! Love that you have your own patio. Can take the lounge chairs to the beach and bring back. There is an umbrella as well that can be taken to the beach.Saw dolphins in the morning right outside the condo.Lots of wildlife to watch. Ocean is beautiful. Water is clear and beautiful. Non crowded beach. Amazing restaurants nearby.Host very communicative. We will definitely be back!

I am a retired widow who loves this area and the white sand beaches. I retired as a civilian from the Navy. I want to be sure that anyone who rents this unit has a great vacation. I grew up in TN, worked for the Navy in IN, and retired to FL. Undergraduate of Tennessee Tech, and Masters from Indiana University.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

It is one, if not the only unit, that was for sale that looked directly at the gulf and with just a few steps (ground level), your toes are on the sand beach. No road to cross, no steps to climb, nothing to obstruct the view like other areas with high rises. The beach is uncrowded.

Directly fronts the gulf. Heated swimming -pool. Free parking, wi-fi, cable TV, beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. Quiet end unit with privacy.
