Few things to note:Decor needs updating, lots of clutter, hanging seats are DANGEROUSShower/tub does not drain - you are standing in water as you showerSliding glass doors to shower/tub DANGEROUS - do not slide easily and comes off of trackutensils need updatingbeach view wonderful, pool clean

Enjoying Silver Sands!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Been going to Longboat Key for years and never leave disappointed. Silver Sands is situated perfectly to give the feel of being remote. But close enough to nice restaurants for convenience. Clean, well maintained and friendly staff make it a wonderful place to stay.

— 10/10! Our only regret was not staying longer.Because of my work schedule, we arrived just after midnight and headed straight to bed. I slept like a baby! If you enjoy a firm mattress, this is the room for you. Everything was exceptionally clean and very comfortable.I especially enjoyed the décor, which had a nostalgic Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey Circus feel. As someone who loved the three-ring circus years ago, the pictures brought back some wonderful memories.Waking up to sunshine streaming into the room, with views overlooking the swimming pool and the Gulf, was a great way to start the day. Whatever you choose to call that body of water, the view speaks for itself!We were very pleased with our stay and plan to return in the not-too-distant future. If this room is available, I’ll definitely be requesting it again!

The host was very welcoming. It was a nice quiet condo with a beautiful view of the Gulf. The heated pool was very nice.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Neighbors smoked pot first night filling our room. Couldn’t stay in it. No one to help us on campus or around. Had to stay somewhere else. All rooms have signs no smoking in room or on porches.

Older resort, but clean, great beach, and friendly staff. Beach was not crowded on a St Patrick’s Day weekend. Enjoyed very much

Great location and very clean!

Easy access to the beach. Entire facility was clean and well taken care of. Location was great for a quiet getaway. Loved that it was away from the packed beaches but a short and easy drive to St. Armond’s Circle one way and Bradenton Beach the other way. Staff was very friendly!
