Wonderful Beach House!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very clean and comfortable and I enjoyed listening to the ocean on the wrap-around porch! Great proximity to the beach.

A lovely home

This home is well cared for and a wonderful get away for a family gathering. Located in a quiet area and close to the beach it is also easy driving distance to many family activities and a lovely beach. The kitchen is well stocked and the layout is perfect for all ages. We enjoyed our stay!

Amazing!

This house was perfect for our OBX stay. It was beautifully decorated, plenty of room for everyone and best of all we were a 2 minute walk from the beach! The porch and screen room areas were perfect to hang out on and the pool was a perfect size for our kiddos!

Thanksgiving

We came to the beach for Thanksgiving for the first time and loved it. Size was great and so was location. Best part we were allowed to bring our dog. Kitchen filled stocked. Loved the decking

Spacious on a big lot. Having the pool was nice, although it’s not heated. Close to many of the areas attractions and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Furniture is a little tired, there was a good layer of dust on some surfaces and baseboards, and the pool area had not been cleaned up.

We have been to many houses over the past 30 years and this one was has to have been the most thoughtful. All of the random "things" you don't think about were thought of. For example, there were kitchen towels! And the decks had gates. Just a couple of examples. These all seem simple but were much appreciated. And it was just nice home with great layout. My husband read in the book that home used to be a residence so maybe that had something to do with it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Great location - the house was spacious enough that we could be together or have privacy. Multiple outside seating areas were appreciated. The beds were actually comfortable! The pool area was great.The downside - the dishwasher did not work the entire time we were there. We did not know it was broken - and filled it. When it wouldn't turn on - we called and were told there was a work order placed 7/1. Our stay was from 7/5 to 7/12. It would have been nice to know this before we filled the dishwasher. This was inconvenient - who wants to do dishes for 8 people on vacation??? It also smelled horrible when you opened it.

Comfortable house, plenty of space, close to the beach!

This house had plenty of amenities- especially the kitchen! Lots of dishes, pots, pans, silverware, etc. All the rooms were spacious and comfortable. We emailed for more towels and a broken keurig machine, and it was take care of in less than 24 hours and on a holiday weekend! The beach was only a few minutes walk and the house had extra chairs and a wagon. Excellent deck area to hang out, but the plastic patio table was unusable and in bad shape and should be replaced. All other deck furniture was great, though. The table games work and were super fun but the legs all need to be fixed, they are a bit wobbly. Overall, we had a great time at this house and would stay here again. Being able to bring our dog was a great bonus. Thanks for a great spring break and great memories made!
