It was an amazing stay. The heated pool and hot tub were perfect for the early spring weather. The communications with the property manager were timely and helpful. What a gem in Corolla.

We loved our stay here. Clean, comfortable, beautiful property. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed plus extras. Pool and hot tub were lovely and well-maintained. Steps to the beach and a very short drive to restaurants, mini golf, go-carting, and tourist attractions. Our host James was friendly, helpful, and highly responsive. Thanks for a great experience!

Great house and location!

We loved this house and our stay on the OBX! From booking though checkout, the hosts were responsive to any questions and concerns. We had a great time and can’t wait to come back!

Host was extremely responsive. The house was very clean and in close proximity to the beach. Great view of the ocean from the front balcony. Hot tub was perfect. The living space was spacious and the community was quiet and peaceful during our NYE stay.

Great location with a view of the ocean and very short walk to the public beach access walkway one lot over. Layout of the house is great. Beds and furniture were clean and comfortable. Outdoor patio area with wet bar, pool, and hot tub is spectacular. James was a pleasure to deal with and was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

The host is very accessible and welcoming. This cozy home is nice and clean. Upstairs it's very bright. There are several views of the ocean from the top floor balcony which by the way makes for a great dining space or to simply sit under the stars at night.

Beach house bachelorette

Perfect spot for my friend’s “last toast on the coast” bachelorette party. Beautiful beached themed house. Fit the 8 of us perfectly. Right across the street from the beach with easy access, even though it was cold, we enjoyed walking out to the shore. Hot tub was perfect for the chilly weather. Grill wouldn't self ignite but the owner quickly responded to my questions and had someone come out to take a look at it. Provided individually wrap shower and face towels for each person. Didn’t require you to complete a-lot of check out tasks, compared to other places I have stayed, which was nice. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Great location! Pool and hot tub in a fenced backyard, short walk to the beach, short drive to the local supermarket. House had good selection of board games, and it was a good time. The only minor things to note is that the cleaning service missed some trash around the grounds, and behind the hot tub. Also there wasn't any extra toilet paper so when one of the restrooms ran out, it was just out. Maybe tell guest to bring extra. Also the heated pool is not actually heated...it requires a extra fee according to the guide, and that wasn't in the listing so we just used it as is and we still had fun. Also the deck boards need some attention...noticed many lifted nail heads that should m be hammered back down. The BBQ built in igniter wasnt working and generally wasnt in good condition so we used the oven. Having said all that, my family had a great time. First time seeing a beach on the east coast. Thanks.

Needed upgrades. Of the four bedrooms, the kings were in and comfortable but the twin beds were uncomfortable and made noises when moving. Bedspreads had stains and needed to be replaced. Sofa had stains as well and should have a slipcover. Trash can lid was broken and fell off so we just kept it off. Ac was on a schedule with very high temps so we needed to figure out how to override schedule. Location was great.

Great place in a great location. Our family enjoyed their summer vacation so very much thanks to our stay here. Everything was very comfortable and the pool bar came in as the MVP for us. We were able to come from the beach at lunch time. Have everything for lunches in the fridge and serve lunch for everyone before spending the afternoon at the pool.

What an excellent place to stay in Corolla. The house was so cute and stocked. Poolside was amazing with the tiki bar. So close to the beach. Host communicates timely. Would go back again for sure!
