This was our first time staying in this area, the property was perfect - very clean & reasonably priced! We loved being able to walk to restaurants, shops, etc instead of having to get in our car & go places after a long day. We will definitely be back here in the near future!

Room was super clean, the host was very helpful with any questions we had. Bed was comfortable. Pool was nice. A 2-3 minute walk to the village. Will try to get this place next year when we come back

Wonderful condo with a great location. Host was very responsive when we had questions. We would love to stay there again in a future trip to Destin.

The host Travis was very personal available when we had questions. The condo was very welcoming, we felt at home the moment we stepped. Very well appointed, and most importantly it was clean. We even had dinner on the balcony and watched the 4th of July fireworks. The sunsets were also amazing. We will be back.

Travis was very helpful before and during our stay. He gave great details prior to our arrival and was accessible throughout our stay. The condo was clean and had everything we needed.

Only issue is the bathroom door does not stay shut even if locked. You can just push it and it opens.

Anniversary Trip

We came back to stay at Sandestin for our 16th anniversary since this is where we stayed when we were married and had our reception here. It is still one of my favorite places on earth. Travis was an amazing host, super communicative. His place was spectacular and super clean. We will be back soon!

Convenience with a beautiful view

Travis’s property was clean and conveniently located for our family vacation. The screen lock went out the second day, but the host quickly gave us an alternate way to access our room for the remainder of the stay. Two of the patio chairs were damaged - I’m sure the Florida sun makes them brittle, but regardless we enjoyed the patio every morning and evening! It was a beautiful view of the bay!

Great Experience

We had a lot of fun enjoyed the Pool, restaurant, and by the bars. Great sunset view and fire work show.
