Our home is pest-free, and we intend to
keep it that way with your help.

We have routine maintenance pest service.
However, these pests are very common in this climate area. So, if you see them, please do not be too surprised. Just let us know, we will request professional service to come right after your reservation.

- For both guest and host safety/security there is one outdoor security camera facing the driveway, for protecting the property and for liability. It is only reviewed if there is an issue and not monitored out of respect for guest privacy.

The home that was a duplex.

Home needs improvements. The Duplex neighbor had a staring issue. You know the improvements that need to take place.

it is a side by side duplex in a very rough neighbourhood. We wanted to walk outside since we came from canada and snow but didn't feel safe. the floor in the main room was all buckling, If we were told ahead it wasn't 5 star as they say then we could decide if we were willing to stay there, We will never book another place through Vrbo because we couldn't trust the rating or the pictures. We were definitely dupped

Just what we needed!

This place is beautiful and in a great location that is close to most anything you need. We had no concerns with this stay and would go back again.

Cute Wildlife Included!!!

The unit was bright and clean. It came with a stocked kitchen with staples and many appliances and kitchen utensils. It felt like we were visiting the home of a friend. The medicine cabinets had things you might need. Coffee, creamer and sweetener were provided. There were games in one closet. And there are two cute ground owls who live in a hole in front of the neighbors mailbox, plus a cottontail rabbit that stopped by one morning. Toiletries were provided. There was a wagon with beach chairs. There was a screened porch front and back, plus backyard. The owner even left the whole container of dishwasher pods, we felt trusted, and we did not take them when we left. It was nice to be treated like a guest, not possible thief.

Anniversary gettaway

Quaint Place With A Boho Vibe

We stayed 2 nights at the property. It takes 30 minutes to get there from the airport. The pictures and description of the property were spot on. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine courtesy of our hosts. The 2 bed/2bath combo was perfect for a family of 4–mom, dad,15 year old girl and 18 year old girl. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

Excellent spot in Cape Coral

This VRBO exceeded all of our expectations. Very centrally located in Cape Coral with some great restaurants nearby. We enjoyed Cubay (the Cuban sandwiches were HUGE!) and Twisted Lobster. The house was very clean and the neighborhood seemed safe and quiet. There are neighbors that you share a wall with, but we didn't hear them the entire stay. Host was very responsive and helpful. Easy 5 stars and would stay again.

This place was great! Host communication was excellent. Accommodations were as described and very clean. We also made of use of the well supplied kitchen for a couple of homemade meals. We were very happy with our experience and would definitely book again!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The property was very clean, bright & airy. It was big enough for the 2 of us and also our company of 2. We had a grill so we could cook if we wanted & located fairly close to a variety of restaurants. We especially liked the fact that our hosts were present & available if we needed anything at all. We enjoyed sitting in the sun in the spacious back yard. And also enjoyed the lanais on the front & back.

Too many problems

First thing a prospective renter needs to know is the property is a duplex, so yard, firepit, driveway are all shared. Its in a neighborhood that lacks beauty. For the price we knew it wasnt a 4 star place to stay but going off the online pictures it looked good. The first thing that was disappointing upon arrival was the grass was high, unkept. It kept us from sitting outside. The second thing was the flooring inside is all buckled up everywhere. It really needs fixed, its a tripping hazzard. The pictures online need to be updated because the furniture is different, its attractive enough but it is different. The grill was not working and neither was the air-conditioning. We contacted the host, he gave us options to resolve the grill problem, either take the tank from the firepit or or the neighbors grill. Neither option seemed desirable. We didn't want to disable amenities the other renter may have planned to use. However, with that said, Jon the owner stayed in communication with us to try to solve the issues. He got the grill working but not the air. That was a major fix and was going to take time, beyond our time there. We know he was frustrated and upset with the bad news. We heard all the cussing and arguing. It was hard for us keep a vacation frame of mind. We spent our evening with the owner and repair guy (who still was cussing) trying to install window units. They blocked the windows and were loud. Sometimes things just unfortunately go sideways.

July trip

This was our second visit to location, and it was fabulous, just like our previous stay. The home is close to everything we needed and well stocked with essentials. When we visit again, I hope this home is available.

Wonderful place

Everything was easy- duplex was clean, neat, nicely decorated. Had just about everything you’d need for a short or longer stay. We stayed two weeks-any issue we had was immediately dealt with/ the owners were so great about taking care of the few minor issues. Excellent hosts. Hope to stay again during our annual trips.

Cape Coral stay

The rental was located off from Santa Barbara which made it easy to get to places. The rental was very clean, cute, and a comfortable space for my family. We will stay here again!
