Property was awesome. Super convenient location to everything we needed on our visit. We didn’t use the kayaks though but pool table, pool, and other amenities were perfect. It was enough room for us. If we come back to the area, we plan on staying again!

Brian was an amazing host an owner. Very communicative, helpful, and just all around amazing. Condo was beautiful, clean, and peaceful. We are already planning our next trip.

This is one of the best properties I've stayed at! Everything was as listed, if not better! I will definitely stay here again. It's location is perfect for everything, beaches and shopping are all close and having the screened in pool right outside your door is great!

Very cute place and in a quiet safe neighborhood. Perfect place for people with kids. It’s a little far from activities and things to do but getting there from the condo wasn’t bad.

Great stay!! It’s its own mini resort. Lots of amenities in a small space. Unit was well stocked, clean and perfectly sized. Lots of outside spaces to enjoy. Definitely would recommend to others. Be amazing for a big group to rent several units.

Brian was easy to communicate with and very responsive to any questions. The property is as advertised and we would stay again. Although the pool and boat slip/dock areas are shared, each condo has it's own little patio space so we felt like we had our own little outdoor space as well.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay, the checking in was really easy and Brian the property manager was very easy to get in contact with. The property was very clean and as advertised and I will definitely recommend staying here to anyone wanting a nice and relaxing get away.

Cape Coral getaway!

We enjoyed our time in Cape Coral. There is plenty of things to do and a nice variety of restaurants near by. Nice place, nice people. A great get away!

Nice little getaway

The unit was perfect for two guests. The owner was very responsive and allowed us an early check in for no extra charge. Would stay again if in the area.

Spring break get away

We stayed for spring break to escape the cold! Was a very nice time! The pool was so close it was great! The kitchen had everything we needed. Overall a great stay.

Terrific property with a great pool. It is screened in and lovely. The inside is very nice and is doesn't smell at all. There are dishes and beach towels at the house and check in is really easy.
