Inside the condo you'll find a bright and clean interior, giving it that relaxing and simple life feel. The color-coordinating furniture brings out a homey feel when you gather round with your friends and family to watch a movie on the large TV. Prepare snacks or a family meal together in the full kitchen where you'll make memories of breakfast conversation before setting out for your daily activities. Spacious showers and updated basin sinks are provided to help wash off the sunscreen and sand after a long day at the beach. Loved our stay! Would recommend to anyone!

Loved the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room! The easiness of checking in and out was also a huge plus! Would love to stay in this room again for sure!

Very nice…….but

The condo is very nice and roomy. The place was very clean and had the bare minimum for basics. Lots of room to stretch out and move around. There are a few cons however that I would like to add. 1. The only table lamps that worked in the bedroom was the one on the dresser next to tv. I tried moving the light bulbs around, turning on switches and nothing worked. It was extremely dark and hard to see anything. 2. I had too washcloths (minor I know) so I had to use a hand towel to wash my face. Not a big deal since I could still wash my face. 3. The tub is deep and was very hard for me to get in and out and almost fell a couple of times. Perhaps a safety bar would be nice, especially for the elderly. 4. I tried everything and could not get the patio door open so I asked a neighbor. The lock is funky and he pulled real hard and finally got it open. I’m 67 and was traveling alone so it was impossible for me to use. 6. Lastly the rug in the living room really needs to hosed off, it is very dirty and I couldn’t walk on it barefoot. All in all I enjoyed my stay and I would rent from this company again.

Nice Condo, issues with Vacasa and Cleaning

Condo was nice, furniture in good shape and stocked well. Baytown Wharf area is always nice but my issues are mainly with Vacasa. This was my first time booking with them staying here. First the night I arrived I couldn’t get in underground parking deck. Which is only way to get even close the building. I was able to get someone at Baytowne to let me in the first night. I called support next day and could only get International Vacasa Support you can’t talk to local crew. All this guy kept telling me is I have to register to use deck, but couldn’t tell me where to register. On site guest registration doesn’t help with 3rd Party Management Companies and couldn’t help. Finally when I texted Vacasa they said I had to register from a text message that I never got. Once they sent me the text I could register for Peking deck. On the day of check in I was given codes to pool and fitness center. First night there the codes didn’t work. Again on site guest registration doesn’t help with 3rd Party Management Companies. Luckily another guest let me in that night so my Son could swim. I had to text support again for code to Swim. I understand the resort resets these codes every so often but Vacasa should automatically send the updated code out to people staying in their condos Lastly bathroom shower had mold and or mildew all over grout. I took photos but don’t think I can upload them here. You should never have to go buy bleach to clean shower at a Condo that you pay to have cleaned when you leave.
