Inside the home guests will find a comfortable living room with generous seating and a large flatscreen TV. The open floor plan of this space is great for entertaining. Take advantage of the sleek kitchen with stainless steel appliances and plenty of prep space. Kids can snack at the island bar while the adults prepare the meal. Once the meal is ready, dine together at the table big enough for eight and socialize longer over a cup of Keurig or brewed coffee. Of course. Guests will also want to explore the local dining scene in town. When that’s the case, the microwave is ready for your leftovers when you are. The dishwasher makes any kitchen mess an easy clean-up. This home also features a washer/dryer and a ping pong table.

Outside, guests have access to a private pool, in-pool lounge chairs, a covered patio, pool basketball hoop, grill and a hot tub. Spend an entire relaxing day outside without ever leaving the property. Of course, when you do choose to venture off, the city has much to offer. Nearby attractions like zip lining, golfing, and Disney World will keep you busy for hours.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
