Timber Ridge 28 is a beautiful ski in/ski out condo at the top of Mammoth Lakes. Groomed run access to both Canyon Lodge and Eagle Lodge. Beautiful views of the White Mountains and Sherwin Mountains from the living room and deck, a 2 car garage, in-condo washer/dryer, 2 full bathrooms and a gourmet kitchen make this one of the best location in Mammoth. The condo is located on the upper floor of the building. Take the outside covered stairs to the entrance. The condo is all one level. There is an open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, and large windows with expansive views. The living room has a leather couch, cable TV and wood burning fireplace. Additional bedding is provided if one person wants to sleep on the couch. It does not foldout. The corner dining table has two bench seats and is right off the galley kitchen. The kitchen has all the amenities needed to prepare meals. Down the hall is the primary bedroom that has a comfortable king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a cozy queen size bed. There is access to a summer time deck and washer/dryer from the second bedroom. The second full bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Timber Ridge 28 features beautiful wood throughout making it feel like a mountain cabin getaway. Timber Ridge is a great location in winter and summer. A short 10 minute drive from shopping and restaurants, the lakes basin, bike paths, etc make this the perfect place to enjoy Mammoth Lakes and all the Eastern Sierra has to offer.
