There is even a pass-through bar top for serving tropical drinks from the blender straight to the pool deck outside! We provide a pack n play, high chair, dog bed, coffee maker, all kitchen essentials & much more!

Quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Please respect the neighbors and keep outdoor music and sound low after 9pm.

The closest beach is Fort Myers Beach which is 25-30mins from the house usually.
Second would be the award winning beach Sanibel Beach on Sanibel Island 40mins or less away.
Lastly would be Lovers Key Beach which is about 40 mins driving.

Guests have the whole house to themselves during their stay!

2 living rooms to accommodate large groups! We also provide dog bowls and a dog bed! The front living room has 2 sleeper sofas for the extra large groups! We have thought about your accommodations for children as well by providing a pack n play, high chair, a security fence around the pool for children and bunkbeds with a pull out trundle bed for extra guests!

-Driveway Size-
16ft wide 48ft long. Guests are not permitted to park on the street or on the grass at any time or their vehicles will be subject to being towed. It is against city regulation and if the guests are found to be in violation of this by the city during their stay, the guest will be fully responsible for paying the fine

-Pool-
Heated pool -- pool heating is optionally heated for the entire length of the stay if guests choose to have pool heating ($25 per night only eligible to be heated from October to April)

A car will be necessary for traveling.

There is a safety fence which surrounds the pool for safety as well as door chimes on the sliding glass patio doors for children's safety.

Driveway Size: 16ft wide 48ft long. Guests are not permitted to park on the street or on the grass at any time or their vehicles will be subject to being towed. Garage has been converted to a game room, so parking is only permitted in the driveway.

$35 per pet per night. MONTHLY STAYS (28 nights or longer) - The fee is $195 per animal per month

Primary renter, a.k.a. the person that booked the house, be at least 21 years old.

Guests are required to complete a pre-arrival form and upload photo of government ID of the primary renter who makes the reservation.

We charge $25 per night for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, we'd like to set your expectations that the pool temperature will continue to be determined by the weather temperature, as this is a contributing factor if the heat reaches its limit. The pool heat fee must be paid for the entirety of the stay if you would like it heated. The pool heater is on a timer and the heater runs 8:00am to 8:00pm.
Please note that the system automatically adds a $18 charge per person after the 6th guest. This is already reflected in the price if you indicate more than 6 guests at the time of booking. This way, smaller groups don’t pay the full rate for a larger group.
