It’s a perfect space. It was exactly as photographed. The windows to commercial street were amazing, the view of the water tower from the living unit is just lovely. Truly these two features are as good as a water view in my opinion. I had no issues. Very well appointed and comfortable. Best location for access to everything.

Accomodations were very good. My only complaint was the steps necessary to get to the unit. At 78 it was challenging.

We had a great time at Isaac’s place. You can’t beat the location, and Isaac provided clear instructions and quick responses to messages. Would love to stay here again.

Enjoyed everything about our stay at the Perch. Isaac was so easy to communicate with and made the check in process a breeze. The unit was equipped with everything we needed and the location couldn’t be better! Hope to stay here again!

This was our third stay at The Perch, and it continues to be an absolute favorite. The place was spotless, just as we’ve come to expect, and the bed was genuinely comfortable after long days out and about. We also really appreciated the quality towels and bath products — a small touch that makes a big difference. Communication with Isaac was excellent, quick, and helpful throughout our stay. And of course, the location can’t be beat. You’re close to everything while still having a peaceful spot to come home to. Highly recommend The Perch for anyone visiting Provincetown!

Great spot

Couldn’t ask for a better location or condo for a little vacation. Isaac is the best host, so easy to communicate with and so helpful with all inquiries of the unit and town.

Perfect Ptown Condo

We stayed at the Perch for Holly Folly weekend. Super clean, beautiful nautical decor, nice towels, comfy bedding, unbelievable location close to everything downtown, and welcoming and cheerful communication with the host, Issac. Hope to stay again on our next trip to Ptown.

Perfect weekend getaway apt. in Provincetown!

We had a wonderful 4 day stay in this adorable apartment that is just a short walk to downtown Commercial Street. Isaac communicated well throughout our booking and provided all amenities a guest could want or need. Creative use of space. Perfect for two people! We plan to come back again! Thank you, Isaac!

Amazing Place

This was place was amazing!!! What a beautiful place in a beautiful spot!! Isaac went above and beyond for anything we asked of him. I had responses back in a matter of minutes when I had a couple questions. It is fully stocked with all that you need!!! It is in a perfect spot! I would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend!! Thank you Isaac!!

A wonderful getaway

My husband and I stayed for a long weekend in February. Everything was perfect at the property. Spotless and homey. Communication with the host was easy and lovely. And the location was exactly what we were looking for - quiet, but close to everything. And PTown is great in the winter! We had wonderful meals, took long walks, went to museums, spent hours in the fabulous galleries and even saw a show! Five Stars!

Fantastic location and property!

The Perch is our new favorite spot! A truly warm and inviting space is only topped by the exceptional host! Isaac was incredibly welcoming and communicative before our stay! I never leave reviews but for this exceptional experience I had to! It’s also the perfect west end location of peace and quiet but perfect walking distance to Joe’s for morning coffee. Definitely a 10 out of 10!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

I recently stayed at The Perch in Provincetown and had a wonderful experience! The one-bedroom condo was immaculately maintained—spotlessly clean and thoughtfully organized. The bed was super comfortable, making it easy to rest and recharge after a day of exploring. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything you’d need to whip up meals or snacks, making the space feel like a home away from home. It’s clear a lot of care goes into keeping this condo in top condition. Whether you’re planning a weekend getaway or a longer stay, The Perch is a fantastic choice! Location, location, location!

My husband and I used to rent a place that was an 18-minute journey down to the sights and lights of Commercial St., and I can confidently say we will never do that again. Nothing compares to being able to pop downstairs and be feet from Joon Bar or the Boatslip, and minutes from Sal's or the A-House. Worried about noise? Don't be. Commercial St. abruptly transitions from a bustling thoroughfare to a quiet suburban lane about 50 feet before you hit this rental spot. Nights were quiet and we even slept with the windows open sometimes. The condo itself is modern and airy, with a traditional P-Town nautical/beach theme and luxurious new appliances and bathroom fixtures. It is a cozy place, but it doesn't feel cramped. Laundry in the unit is my only wish, but there is a shared laundry room out in the parking lot. It was a great stay, and we'll be back!

The Perfect Perch - Carnival Week 2022

My husband and I just returned from a fabulous stay at The Perch. It was the first time we stayed in town. When booking I had concerns about the noise that comes with being on Commercial Street, especially during Carnival Week. I worried for nothing. The condo was surprising quiet when the windows are closed and the air is on. When we wanted to see and hear move the action we simply opened the windows. The windows that overlook Commercial Street gives the best view to all the action and contributes to making this condo light and airy! The location cannot be beat!! It is located just past the Boatslip in the west end. Close enough to walk almost everywhere. We had a dedicated parking spot that come with the unit. Once we purchased some food at the local supermarket we parked the car and did not move it all week. That was a perk my husband loved!! Now let’s talk amenities. The host of this property left nothing to chance, from the plush towels to the beach chairs and umbrella, to the high-quality bath products. The kitchen had every kind of plate, silverware, glasses, etc. that anyone could ask for. The coffee station was well appointed with a Keurig, tea kettle, coffee and tea. We spent almost every morning and evening enjoying the shared deck and beach just steps away from our door. I really can’t say enough great things about the property and Isaac, our host. He did a great job describing the property, supplying information and of course keeping the unit beautiful!! Thank you, Isaac. We can’t wait to return.

This apartment was absolutely wonderful with the best views of Commercial Street. I was worried we’d feel set apart from the activity, but you actually feel connected via the window views. If you don’t want to hear the hubbub, closing the windows gives you a peaceful space. It was perfect for 2 people with everything we needed for a 2 week long stay. Issac was incredibly responsive and attentive. I can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you for making our first 2-week stay in Ptown so amazing.

Highly recommend!

Had a wonderful stay at the Perch! Everything was lovely -- from the ease of booking and communication with the owner, Isaac, to the painless check-in (the hand-written welcome note and biscotti were such a thoughtful touch), to the beautifully decorated space, it was all exactly as described. Couldn't have enjoyed the outdoor deck and view of the bay more. 10/10 would recommend!

The Perch was the perfect space to enjoy a trip to Provincetown! The space was newly renovated, clean, and designed beautifully - it was clear that the owner put a lot of care and thought into the space. The unit was stocked with everything you could need from beach chairs, to umbrellas, to kitchen items, and easily the softest linens/towels I’ve found in a rental property. The space is located right in the heart of town so you’re a short walk away from all the action. It overlooks Commercial Street so it can be busy at times but we didn’t have any issues with noise. It was actually really nice to be so close to everything - and the view is great for people watching! All in all - I have zero complaints. I would definitely recommend this space and look forward to staying here again.
