This is a spectacular place, with amazing views of the water and everything you need! The owner was very helpful and communicative, and the property is in excellent condition. We had a wonderful stay even in chillier weather. We highly recommend this special rental!

What a fantastic seaside town oasis! The location is perfect, the views stunning, and the host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Will definitely be back!

I had an amazing week away in PTown close to everything in town. I stayed in for the most part and enjoyed the beautiful view. This is a modern, clean, quiet and enjoyable property! I will be returning!

Stayed here for 2 nights in mid-September. Stay was amazing. Property is as described and everything went well. If you’re looking for a place in ptown that’s on the water and close to main pier and downtown this is the place!

A perfect stay for our anniversary trip! The property is small, but was perfect for the two of us. The location was great, walking distance to the main area of Commercial Street but away from the noise. We woke up each morning to the wonderful smells of the bakery right below us (Relish), which tasted as good as it smelled. Jason was very communicative and responded promptly to any questions. Thank you!

My husband and I stayed last weekend and it was such a memorable weekend. We truly enjoyed having a place that was clean, had great views, and was located so close to things. We created our own itinerary, but staying at Jason’s home allowed for that to be done with such ease. Jason was so accommodating and very quick to reply to any questions I had. The neighbors we passed by were so kind and the coffee shop below had the MOST delicious homemade pop tarts. I would definitely recommend and would love to stay again!

Very nice set up in a great location. Would have given 5 starts but thay do not alow trucks to park at thier property. Which ia not a problem ,but found that out after i booked.The owener was helpful and there was a lot 3 to 5 minute walk up the street.So if you have a large SUV or truck plane on not being able to park on property. If would book again as it waa all of what profile say .Thanks

Just to clarify, we do state the following in the listing, so perhaps you overlooked this info: "Larger pickup trucks are not allowed since they will take up more space than allowed for one spot." Bummed that we lost a star as a result, but glad that you stayed and used the free off-season public parking lot just a few minutes' walk away. Thanks again!
