This1940s farmhouse is located between 2 popular local brewers. It is only a mile from Pisgah National Forest. And just 3 miles to Brevard College and TownCenter Brevard. You may see a white squirrel while enjoying morning coffee in the front porch swing. Grocery stores, shops, pharmacy all nearby. Bike path access into Forest is found at the end of our street.

Great stay

We stayed for a week to ride our bikes and location and house was perfect !Bring your spices! Great place would stay again! Would add an outdoor grill even if small would be great Also would get a better door for the back shed for safety purposes if bikes stored there!

In the area for a wedding

I love this farmhouse and look forward to returning. Shopping and good food nearby, and there was an easy drive to a beautiful waterfall. The house itself is lovely inside and out.

Comfortable stay

Cute and comfortable little house. Unfortunately not walking distance to anything, or at least we didn't feel safe walking the road to the nearest restaurants. Convenient to forest entrance and walking trails.

Cozy

Our visit to Brevard was all about bicycle's and this property is located 1.5 miles from the trails. It is a quiet road and all the restaurants, bike shops, supermarket are 5 - 10 minutes away. It has a secret porch right through the kitchen.

Quaint Farmhouse

I was by myself and really enjoyed my stay here. The house was perfect for my needs, It was clean, new appliances, new windows, a nice front porch/outdoor space and close to DuPont and Pisgah forests. I would definitely rent this unit again.

Vacation in Brevard

Location was ideal. The home could definitely use more electrical outlets. Bathroom too small. Overpriced for what you get.

Amazing Farmhouse

There are not enough words to describe how wonderful it was to stay at the Farmhouse. It was a stressful time during Helene and the Farmhouse had everything you could need to be comfortable. It is located in a perfectly lovely area with a view out the kitchen and a sweet front porch to relax and watch the sunrise. Paul is a superb host - kind and responsive he goes above and beyond. The neighbor is the sweetest person. The spirit and strength of the community during the aftermath of this tragic storm is amazing. Forever grateful we found this lovely property.

Delightful home for our stay in Brevard

This is an extremely clean, well maintained home. It is not new by any means. It is a very simple, convenient home. The "Farm House" is located in the perfect place for a jumping off place for either a drive to the Blue Ridge Parkway or the middle of Brevard. The grounds are well maintained and that is noticed. Thank you for making it available!!

White Squirrel Festival

We are craft show vendors that stay at many home properties. We liked this home for the nice porch swing, closeness to Main Street but there were many amenities that we find at our other stays but were not here. For example, no seasonings to cook with, no soap in bathroom or kitchen which was a problem since there is no dishwasher and no coffee just the coffee pot. We would definitely stay here again when we visit Brevard but are hopeful that some of the common amenities for being away from home would be there next time.

Perfect location for Brevard

This was the perfect location for us -- just minutes away from anything in Brevard. We saw white squirrels in the yard! I really appreciated the place being warm when we arrived late at night. Our host gave clear, concise directions for the door lock and checkout. Clean, cozy, excellent appliances. This will definitely be our first choice when we come to visit my family in the future.

Darling Little Farmhouse

Such a sweet cozy little farmhouse situated on a hill with a beautiful view out the back window and the tiny little screened porch. We greatly enjoyed our peaceful time here, made even more lovely by the wonderful host, Paul. We loved mornings and evenings on the front porch enjoying the rocking chairs and porch swing. The town of Brevard has a darling Main Street area and is also so close to some of the Pisgah National Park trails. I encourage you to go to Dolly’s Ice Cream near the entrance/exit of the park…sooo good! And Blue Ridge Pizza was a favorite during our extended stay. The people of the area are genuinely friendly and full of happy smiles, making the time here even better (a hard thing to do 😊). Thank you so much Paul for such an enjoyable trip.

We spent a long weekend at this home and it was awesome! It’s in a great location, was super cozy and clean, and the host was very communicative and helpful. We made ourselves at home and had a wonderful time!

Charming, Clean, Convenient & Close to Town

The Old Farmhouse is an wonderful spot from which to explore all the region has to offer. We walked in and found it to be bright and open. Appliances new and clean, too. Plenty of kitchen storage. TV has lots of stations. Comfy chairs and couch, homey and welcoming Spend some time on the front porch rocking in the chairs or sitting on the swing. If you're going to cook, your grocery run might include some storage bags, spices, oils. Bring extension cords to charge electronics. Paul responded immediately to our texts & questions. Great host and a lovely place. Highly recommend.

The place was clean, the owners were very responsive to any issues we had, and the house is in a great location -- a couple of miles from downtown and even closer to Pisgah National Forest. Perfect place for our family of four.

Clean, cute, updated old farmhouse.

Appreciated the two coffee makers (drip and Keith style). Full size fridge was a plus. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, good for cooking your own meals. However, not a single spice to be found (not even salt and pepper).
