Pearly & Lois is a family home fully renovated in 2023. It holds cherished memories of family gatherings and is now waiting for you to add your own when visiting the Brevard area, Pisgah National & Dupont State Forest.

Located on the bank of the Davidson River, guests can view those fly fishing or anglers can reserve their own private spot through Davidson River Outfitters. Public access to Davidson River is approximately a mile upriver just inside the Pisgah National Forest.

Pearly & Lois is the perfect vantage point for biking the area or those looking to hike or mountain bike. DuPont and Pisgah trailheads are only a short distance away.

After a long day of hiking, biking, fishing or exploring the area, our cozy bungalow offers all you will need to rest, relax and re-energize for your next adventure.

This home is a perfect location for visiting Brevard and having access to Pisgah! The house is clean, welcoming, and cozy. It had everything we needed. There is a laundry room out back that was very useful for wet gear. The owner is very responsive to any needs. We hope to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone!

This was our second stay at Pearly & Lois, and we once again felt completely at home! We had everything we needed for a comfortable week long stay. The property is beautiful, and the house was very clean with homey furnishings and very comfortable beds. We love this properly and hope to stay again in the future!

Pearly and Lois was perfect. It was very comfortable, clean and convenient. We wished we had more time to just enjoy the property. I loved sitting out back and drinking my coffee in the morning.

Enjoyed a quiet girls trip with a few friends, and we couldn't recommend the place more! It was beautifully decorated, had a great location, and the outside area was perfect for breakfast every morning. In some rentals the kitchen is a pain to use (missing pans, etc.) but the listing had everything we needed, and we could actually enjoy cooking in the rental. The space would be perfect for a family or even a couple's trip, and we all hope to be back. 12/10 would recommend- best rental experience any 3 of us has had.

This was one of the best rentals we’ve ever had. Every single thing was so well thought out. It was so incredibly well designed and decorated. Loved sitting out back having coffee with the donkeys in the not so far distance. Will definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone who needs a relaxing place to stay, just minutes from downtown Brevard.

As soon as you walk in you feel like you’re at home. The place is beautifully decorated and well maintained. The area has great options for fun and food. We can’t wait to stay here again next year.

The property is beautiful, and in a great location. You can easily access the National Forests, or get to downtown Brevard within minutes. There is even a U-Pick Farm next door. Host was communicative, and property was clean. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars across the board was because the river was not accessible (leased by a local guide service). The host was quick to confirm this, and offered suggestions of alternatives, but it would have been nice to understand in advance. Would highly recommend the property, and host. We would definitely stay here again, and will recommend it to friends.

The home was PERFECT! We were in town for a fishing trip and it exceeded our needs. Location is excellent, property is newly updated and in excellent condition. Really quaint home, and would gladly stay again.

This renovated fishing cabin was perfect for two longtime friends traveling to see the mountains, blue ghost fireflies and Blue Ridge Parkway. It was close enough to civilization to get coffee at Pisgah Bake Shop, but far enough out to enjoy the stars and watching the horses and mules next door. A perfect respite.

This was our second stay at the bungalow. The home is charming and very clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient to both the Pisgah National Forest and the DuPont State Park. The description of the property is spot-on. The host was very responsive and the check-in process went smoothly. The kitchen was well-equipped. I highly recommend this rental property.

We loved our stay! The rooms were well appointed and the bed was comfy, and the location is extremely convenient to amazing local areas like Oskar Blues, Ecusta, downtown Brevard, and natural recreation areas like Looking Glass Falls, Dupont, Pisgah Forest, etc.
