We had a great stay at the white squirrel. The home was unique and very peace! Lots of white squirrels and wildlife around. Thanks for the great stay!

Very nice and clean all the amenities that we needed. The driveway was a little tight if you have a truck. Bushes just needed trimmed up a bit. Would stay again

White Squirrel Lodge is everything you might want and more. The house has a well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and anything else you might need. A lovely cabin in the woods but just a few minutes from Brevard. Lots of wildlife to see and watch. I didn’t know that we would see so many white squirrels ! This is the perfect location for day trips to visit waterfalls and to drive the Blue Ridge Parkway. We will certainly return.

House is wonderful with lots of character. Kitchen is well stocked with all the things!We loved looking out the living room window to see wildlife. Birds, white squirrels, deer, but no bears:( we were hoping to see one. house is a gem. Book it!

Wow, what a magical experience in the mountains! Beautiful, cozy, clean place with many sleeping options and all the amenities you could think of! We saw up to a dozen deer at once just outside and white squirrels just as the name promised. The fire pit is available for making s’mores to complete your experience. Lovely spiral staircase. Seamless check in. Honestly couldn’t have been better!

Stayed at this property 9/14 through 9/18/2026. Very nice, clean and exactly as depicted in the ad. We enjoyed the surrounding area chasing waterfalls and doing photography. The porch is the absolute best to sit and watch the deer, including a doe with 2 fawns and the white squirrel. Being from Florida, loved the cooler mornings to sit and have coffee on the porch. Needed to contact the host while there and he was very responsive. I would recommend this rental for a nice quiet and peaceful place to stay while in the Brevard area.

This was an awesome jumping off point for our Pisgah Adventures. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of wildlife, including a white squirrel!!! Mark was communicative and helpful. We will hopefully stay here again.

We absolutely loved every part of the place. It was nice for us all to have our own space. It was also amazing to tune into nature. My family and I would definitely rent this place again. The only thing that I can think of that might be a negative is that there is a lot of very strong smelling air fresheners.

Wonderful property! This cabin feels like you're tucked away in the woods but you're just minutes from the town for shopping, dinner, etc. The home is well appointed and relaxing. Seeing the white squirrels was a highlight! Deer visited the salt lick a few times and we saw plenty of birds and a chipmunk! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at White Squirrel Lodge.

Just beautiful got to enjoy the white squirrels and family of deer, roasted marshmallows by the fire 2nd night. Great location 10mins to town and bigger and more well stocked than I thought would definitely book here again

The kitchen had everything we forgot to bring or overlooked. The house was wonderful and I would definitely book again in the future! The driveway and parking situation was a little more narrow than I would have liked, but I drive a truck so a smaller car would not have any problems.

Wonderful Stay

The property was clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable. Seeing the deer, squirrels and birds were quite a treat. Would definitely recommend this location and hope to return again in the future.

Great stay! House was everything we needed and more! Immediately greeted by 7 deer upon our arrival! Saw so many white squirrels around Brevard! We are already planning our return visit with family to show them our new favorite spot.

Wonderful spot! You can tell the owners really care about this place and I suspect they spend time here. Great location with tons of stuff to do nearby. Well appointed with household stuff that you might need. My family really enjoyed our time here and would come back.
