The building has a beautiful private pool with chairs overlooking the ocean, indoor sauna and exercise room. Your charming condominium is in a secured building, monitored 24 hours and includes a private underground garage for parking.

We really enjoyed staying in this condo. It was convenient to everything & it felt like home. It was furnished with everything you would need. Amy the host was excellent at communication & answered any questions we had in a timely manner. We were here for the Daytona 500 race plus vacation. We had a had time. Thank you Amy .

The property could be beautiful but the condo itself needs attention and repairs. The closet doors do not fit and the closets themselves are in disarray. The blinds in the master were partially broken so the sun wakes you up at sunrise. The construction kept us from the balcony and thus ruined my time as I live to sit on the balcony and watch people and listen to the oven. The condo was not as clean as it should be, there was food under the cushion of the chair which I cleaned and there was a Bougher on the wall by the master window. Of course there was sand in the floors some but I understand that. There was an extreme odor in the small bathroom we had to keep spraying. The condo has the potential to be lovely with a little more attention and the construction is finished. We left a night early.

Cute Place
Overall the place is very cute. The construction on the building is a little annoying but not too bad. We would definitely stay there again if ever in the area.

This property has potential. Unfortunately when we stayed there the building was under construction. The whole balcony was dirty and there was no furniture. They said we could use it after 4 pm but it was very dirty and nothing to sit on. The beds were sandy when we got there. The master bedroom fan did not work. The guest bathroom shower handle broke so we could not use that shower half was through and had to just use one bathroom. The kitchen oven was dirty and smelled burnt. We tried to use the oven and it smoked out the whole kitchen so we had to eat out all our meals when we had planned on making some at the condo. The listing show pictures of three beds but there are only two beds in the condo with two twin bed pop ups but they were very dirty and nothing one wanted to use them. This place could be great unfortunately it was not when we stayed there. The location was perfect.

There was construction going on during week day working hours, not a big deal unless you end up with a migraine and need a quiet dark place to be. And, due to the construction, non garage parking was horrible. Other than that, the place was great.

Thanksgiving Stay
We had a great stay over Thanksgiving week. Great views of the ocean. Unit was very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. The host provided very clear instructions and was really responsive during our stay. The place is spacious, quiet, very clean. It is conveniently located near a grocery store and many restaurants. We love it!

Perfect Location
We couldnt have had a better location, it is super close to everything. After a day out in the sun it was so nice to come back to a cool and comfortable condo and relax with tv. We all slept great in the comfortable beds aswell.

Perfect beach condo

Lovely Place
My family of 4 enjoyed our stay in this unit. So many extra things available in the unit. Awesome view of the ocean. Great communication with Amy. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location
Stayed during construction at a reduced rate which was great! Condo is clean and complete with everything. Would stay here again.
