Overall a nice property and we enjoyed our stay. Amy was communicative and responsive to questions. Plenty of seating and great lake views from the cabin, deck and firepit area. Nice and well-equipped kitchen.

Our family loved this cabin. Beautiful setting, spacious cabin, lots of outdoor chairs and a fire circle. The hammock was especially popular. Kitchen was exceptionally well equipped.

This cabin is gorgeous! There is plenty tu of space for everyone. The view of the lake is absolutely beautiful. We were disappointed with not being able to swim off the dock. Too many weeds and there was a blue green algae warning.

Every other group this summer had perfect conditions. A lake is a lake and you can’t control them. The day before you arrived the lake was gorgeous and the day after you left it was perfectly clear again. It just depends on the heat, weather, wind, etc. Hope you are able to come back and give it another shot. Glad you enjoyed our wonderful home and boating.

This cabin was perfect for our family! There was plenty to do…ping pong, cornhole, swimming, bonfire. A lovely view and a beautiful lake. We rented a pontoon and everything went smoothly. The place was clean and the kitchen was well-stocked! The host was amenable and provided clear and timely communication. We are thankful for all the great memories!

We loved our long weekend at the Luckyview Cabin. It had everything we needed. It was very comfortable and clean. Lots of room for our family. The best thing, though, was the beautiful view of the lake, both from inside the house and out at the fire pit. We got to see eagles hunting in the lake and herons nearby. We loved it. We also rented a pontoon from Milltown Sports and were very happy with that! I highly recommend this cabin.

The view is gorgeous in this log cabin style home. 4 bedrooms plus a bonus space with bunk beds and couches in the basement. The owner was very attentive and helpful , especially when we left an important item behind and she helped us find a way to retrieve it. My husband, son and nephews all fished off the dock and had a great time while my daughter and I sat in the rocking chairs up above enjoying the view. We look forward to a return visit!

I am so glad you enjoyed the Lucky View Lodge Log Cabin. It is loacted in a very unique setting where you can have complete privacy, but yet you are only 1.5 hours from Mpls. I am very happy you were able to enjoy this one of a kind experience. My family has grown up here and we feel so lucky to be able to share it with others.

The Lucky View Lodge Log Cabin is an incredible place. It is the best place to come to relax and escape from the busy world and relax! The private 3 acre lot with 300 feet of lakeshore makes it so special. Plus, the fishing is amazing. Rent a pontoon boat and you will have the perfect week chilling on the lake all day, sitting on the dock to watch the sunset and then enjoying the firepit gatherings at night! Perfect vacation spot!

Great place for families!

We had 3 generations staying at Lucky View Lodge and we all loved the accommodations.The youngest grandchild had his first s’more at the lovely fire pit overlooking the lake and the 2 older grands had their fill of catching fish. The adults enjoyed the spacious cabin with plenty of room to spread out, the well-stocked kitchen and multiple dining and lake-gazing areas. Amy is a very attentive host.

Awesome Property

My family had a great time at Lucky View Lodge. The house is beautiful and spacious. The back yard is wonderful. Sitting by the campfire watching the sun set over the lake was incredible.

Family get away

We enjoyed the cabin and the property very much. Surprised by how big and beautiful the cabin was. Most of our meals were out on the deck and the firepit was very nice. I would difinitely recommend this property to other people.

Beautiful property

The house is very comfortable and relaxing, and the property it's on is lovely. The host has made sure there are plenty of things to do, including kayaking, swimming, cornhole, ping pong, and lots of others. Overall, we'd be happy to come back.

Wonderful Family Weekend!

Kitchen had everything we needed, was large enough to move around and plenty of seating. Great deck with large table and fire pit overlooking the lake was awesome. Had no trouble with sleeping space for our large group. Kids had so much fun discovering the hammock. Great weekend getaway!

Nice place for a multi-generational get-together

Be aware that the pet fee is over and above the total you pay at checkout. This is a very nice place to stay and the owner kindly returned the shoes I left there.

The Lucky View Lodge Log Cabin on the lake is the perfect place for a family vacation. It does allow dogs. You just need to specify when booking that you are bringing a dog. Come see for yourself the beauty of the 3 acre private wooded lot on the lake with a fully stocked and remodeled gorgeous log home.

Lake get away

Amazing cabin on the lake, wildlife and beauty! Perfect place to get away to relax. Amazing host who even let us know to look out for the northern lights. Which we saw. We will be back!

The perfect family getaway.

This beautiful home was well-equipped, spacious, and clean,. The weather was perfect and lot of fish were caught. Loved being close to the water overlooking from the fire pit. Many special memories were made at this place. Thank you for letting us have the opportunity to enjoy with our little family.

Perfect summer getaway!

We had a great time!! Amy was always in contact and a great host. Kids had a blast swimming and fishing! We caught enough fish to eat for dinner one night. 😊
