This home was exactly as described and we absolutely loved it,very spacious and clean with beautiful remodeling..the backyard has full privacy but you won't need the privacy because the neighborhood is beautiful and everyone we meet were so nice.We will definitely stay here again...

Home accommodated 9 adults and 2 little people for stay. There was plenty of room for all without feeling of being over crowded. The area was quiet and peaceful with great access to local area. The walkout at ground level was accessible and only few steps away off the sitting room. The experience at property was pleasing and enjoyable.

Everything was perfect. Traveling for a family wedding. Place was perfect. The beautiful surrounding area was under sold. Went on a beautiful walk each day and saw wonderful wildlife. Thank you for such smooth check in and check out.

The house worked great for our church group. We could have used a few more hand towels but otherwise it was very well stocked. I appreciated the nice shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. We had a great time there!

We were a family of 11 visiting. 6 adults and 4 kids for 4 days, and my brother joined us part of the trip. It was great to have enough bathrooms to accommodate everyone. The layout was very nice for 10/11 people. The small room downstairs with a green sofa the three girls (ages 5, 8, and 8) used as their space to color. It was perfect and made them feel special. We also enjoyed using the charcoal grill one night! Everything provided (linens, towels, soaps, tp, etc) made it much easier for packing. We hope to stay again next time we visit Charlotte, it was a great location close to Carowinds, the Discovery center, and shopping!

Neat and cozy

The house is neat and cozy but the hot water doesn’t last with 13 people in the house. Very spacious and loved staying there!

This property was exactly as described and shown on listing. This home was impressively quiet and located in a seemingly very friendly, safe neighborhood. Check in was flawless and the on going communication with the host was very much appreciated. We were particularly impressed with the overall cleanliness and the stocking of little necessities. Each room was tastefully decorated. Being senior citizens traveling with our energetic 14 month old Labrador, we were happy to find the fenced backyard to be in good repair. This home is not pet friendly. It is pet LOVING. Dog lovers like us know the distinction. The home was much larger than the two of us needed, but we can see where it would be satisfactory for much larger family gatherings. Great value. Great stay. Highly recommended!!

Just what we needed

We are a group of friends who come to Charlotte every December to work at the Samaritan’s Purse Processing center. So we prefer to stay in a home so we can enjoy each other’s company. A great 5 bedroom house and central to everything. Would stay again.

Volunteer Group

Perfect location (size of house and lovely neighborhood) for our group of ten volunteering at a nonprofit in Charlotte. We really appreciated the fact that there were 5 actual bedrooms with beds as advertised and the 3 full baths. The common areas were open and perfect for our group times, particularly the large dining table. The host was immediately responsive when we had a small need that neither of us could have foreseen; she met it with grace and timeliness. Would stay here again no doubt!

Great place, just lacking communication

Host requested the final payment to be paid a week before the deadline, and then again 3 days prior to the deadline. Had to request check-in info after we were told they would be sent at 4 pm. Then received the incorrect check-in instructions for another property and had to wait for the right instructions to be sent. Check out instructions were not sent until the night before when I inquired about them specifically. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

So sorry for those mis-communications. With regards the payment, VRBO handles all payments and payment related messages not us. they then automatically deposit the payment to our account the next day after checking in. We automate all preset messages in other platforms and respond all issues immediately so never made mistakes. Unfortunately vrbo app doesn’t have that function we have to do manually almost everything, sorry for the mistake

the street is very quiet and back to the woods and seasonal creek. There is a small community lake a few hundred steps to the house. The neighborhood is mere minute to Carmel road. there are deer year around on the street. The neighborhood is four miles to the beautiful Lake Park (not the community park). There are free splash pad, kids playground, walk way around the lake, and a very large dog park. i highly recommend my guest to check out that area. I have another property right next to the Lake part. if you like hiking, McMullen Creek Greenway is 3 miles away from the house.
