We're glad to hear you enjoyed the proximity to the white water rafting center and the spaciousness of River's Edge, especially the games room for the kids and the en-suite bathrooms. However, we're sorry to hear about the issues you encountered during your stay. We understand how a broken dryer can be inconvenient, and we're already arranging for repair to ensure this doesn't affect future guests. We're also reviewing the bed setup to address any squeakiness and to improve comfort. As for kitchen essentials, we appreciate your suggestion and will look into providing a more complete set of utensils and basic cooking items like spices. We're committed to guest safety, so we will take steps to secure the dock and communicate better about the pool area. The pool is being built and thats why its not in the listing and may look that way due to the rain.
