Great location, maintenance needed
This home has lots of potential. The location is fantastic and the decor is cute. Unfortunately, maintenance is needed. The walls, stairs, and doors are banged up pretty badly, even for a rental. Many of the rugs were worn, and there was only one frying pan in the kitchen, for a group of 10. The walls and doors, inside and out, need a good wipe down, as they are smudgy and dirty. The bathrooms were not clean; we found used bar soap, half used travel bottles of shampoo and soap residue in ledges in shower, as well as hair from a previous tenant, I assume. One of the shower pans is leaking through to the first floor. Maintenance did come by quickly but noted this had been reported previously and told us not to use the shower. The beds were comfortable and bedding seemed clean. The pool bottom was either stained or just needed a good cleaning. No one wanted to get in the pool, as it just looked dirty. There was not an outlet that we could find outside in the driveway to charge a golf cart. Overall, for the price we paid, we expected a thoroughly clean and fresh home. This one needs some elbow grease to bring it up to Watercolor standards. Would not stay again.
