THE SPACE:

This one-bedroom condo (Building3) is located at the South end of the Island and was completely remodeled. There is a full walk-in shower with a BONUS powder room (additional vanity and sink) connected to the Master Bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped if you prefer to make your meals at home after a busy day on the beach, and you'll love the screened-in lanai for relaxing over morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. (The lanai also offers sliding glass doors to separate you from the elements if you have hot or rainy days--making for lots of entertainment space no matter what the weather!) The complex is just 2 miles from the Publix grocery store, and there is a CVS Pharmacy just 650 Steps away and soon to be reopening Santini Plaza with its shops, restaurants, and farmers market is just steps away. The unit is on the second floor--steps required, no elevator. Though a one-bedroom unit, there is a brand-new Pull-Out Queen Size Sofa Sleeper.
There is a beautiful, heated pool overlooking the canal, and a laundry room for your use as well.
