DURING PEAK SEASON (MID DECEMBER THROUGH APRIL) CHECK IN CHECK OUT ON SATURDAYS ONLY.
This Beautiful Direct Gulf Front Condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances including dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and range. The living room has a duel reclining loveseat, a recliner and 50" flat screen SMART TV. The large bedroom has a king size bed to give you a great night's sleep and a second TV. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with bench seating. From the balcony you can watch the cherry red sun dissolving into the Gulf of Mexico creating a sunset worthy of applause. We have tennis courts on the property along with pickle ball courts. There is ten acres of beach front property, and the sugar white sand is just steps away from the condo. Everything you need for a perfect vacation is included in the condo, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, cooler, noodles etc. Just bring your bathing suit and sunscreen and enjoy your stay.

Lovely studio condo

The condo was sparkling clean. Very well stock with everything you would need. View was beautiful. Would diffidently would stay there again. Also, very peaceful part of Ft. Myers Beach

Beautiful Condo!

The condo was beautiful and immaculate! The view from all the windows is amazing! Watching the sunsets from the balcony was awe inspiring! Pool area is very nice and residents are friendly. The beach is small but was being renourished while we were there which was interesting to watch. There isn’t anything to do that is walkable (the shops across the street aren’t back from the hurricane damage yet altho they did have a nice farmers market on Thursday). Traffic to Times Square was awful (1.5 hours in the evening) so we went south to Bonita Springs for dinner a couple of times. Overall it was a very relaxing vacation in a beautiful place and we would stay there again!

Perfect Condo with an amazing view!

The condo has beautiful furnishings and decor. The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans, glasses, etc. It was the perfect size of condo for my husband and I. The view from this CORNER condo is amazing. The salt water pool is heated and has an abundant amount of chairs and loungers to sun bathe by the pool. The beach is beautiful. We saw dolphins in the morning and evening. My husband found several sand dollars while beach combing. The owners of this condo were friendly and answered any questions we had in a timely fashion. We'd definitely go back.

Perfect

Everything about this condo was perfect! It is exactly as described and has been completely updated post hurricane. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need. The unit offers panoramic ocean views and has a perfect location in the building. I cannot say enough good things about the condo and the owners.

everything was great

Just as described, bed were comfortable, kitchen was well stock with everything you need to cook a meal. Communication was great. Building was great. Loved the view, saw dolphins every morning. Will stay again. Area is still recovering for Hurricane Ian, but still plenty of places open.

Beach + softball

We came to Ft Meyers for our daughter’s college softball tournament & were able to squeeze in a beach vacation too. The property location was great. The unit itself was very clean & well appointed. Would definitely stay again!

Fort Meyers Condo

We had a good stay and the condo was fine. The only disappointing thing is that the pool was not open which my wife had planned on. The owner did give me a little off per day for the pool being closed.

Amazing Property

Florida Happy Place

We loved the location! Beach access was easy. The views of the Gulf from the balcony and the windows were beautiful! Bright and airy space. Comfortable bed, which is a must for us! Owner responded quickly to our question. Bring quarters for the laundry located on the ground level. It was $2.25 per wash and $1.00 per dry. Santini Plaza just a short walk across the street has some cute shops and good restaurants. We really enjoyed our time and would love to go again!

Excellent Place to Relax

The entire property is a manicured piece of art - with easy beach access and a nice pool. There are great restaurants close by, and Publix and CVS across the street was very convenient. We feel this particular unit gave us the best view possible of everything. We witnessed some of the most beautiful sunsets every night. We will be going back! The king size bed was very comfortable and the condo was equipped with everything you call possibly need .

Wonderful property and great to work with.

The property was exactly what we expected and saw online. The complex was great, clean and easy. The views and access to the pool and beach were awesome. Plenty to do in the area and easy to get around without a car. Owners were a dream to work with. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Beautiful views

The views are amazing and the unit is exactly as described. Everything that was needed was available. Close to dining and entertainment. The owners were very responsive when there was an issue with the AC unit and worked to get it fixed as quickly as possible. We will definitely be back!

Great Relaxing Getaway

This condo is great! It was nice and cozy and we loved that it was right on it’s on private beach. It was not in the busier side of Fort Myer’s Beach which we appreciated but still not too far to drive. The owners were very easy to get a hold of and answered almost instantly. Highly recommend this location.

Location and View

View is wonderful. Neighborhood had all we needed within a short distance. Restaurants and other opportunities within walking distance. Owners are friendly and care about our needs - responded quickly when needed.

Amazing view/ Everything you need.

The place is adorable! View is amazing! Greg and Kim were easy to communicate with. The unit has just about everything you need. Love that it has chairs for the beach, an-umbrella and even a small Cooler. Perfect! I can’t really say anything bad. Only thing I wish it had was a place to put my luggage on, like some hotels have. Not everything I had fit in the dresser and I just wish my luggage was up higher then the floor. That’s my only suggestion. Otherwise I would absolutely stay there again. Thank you!

Perfect condo for vacation

Perfect condo for a beach get away. The condo is just as described in the write up. Spectacular views of the beautiful sunsets. Location is perfect to walk to dining and shopping. The owner includes special attention to the must haves for a beach vacation. Beach chairs and umbrella, beach towels and pool toys.

We have been renting at this complex, twice a year, for many years. We finally decided to buy a unit. We weren't planning to buy, however, the proximity of this room was nothing to pass up. The direct view to the Gulf of Mexico is breathtaking. You can watch the dolphins swim by, right from the balcony. After a long day, you can take a nice relaxing swim in the heated pool. We wanted to share a piece of our paradise with other people until someday, when we aren't working 7 days a week anymore, we can enjoy it more!
