The Lakefront Estate is newly remodeled and includes 3 bedrooms (6 beds), 2 full bathrooms, 2,250 sq. ft indoor living plus 2,000 sq. ft lakefront patio. Hot tub, boat dock, fire pit, BBQ, full kitchen, and plenty of space to relax.

The space:
-The Master Bedroom has a King sized bed, full private bathroom, and TV.

-The Queen Bedroom has a Queen sized bed, shared full bathroom with Bunk Bed Room, and TV.

-The Bunk Bed Room has four single sized Bunk beds and shared bathroom with Queen Bedroom.

-The Living Room has a full entertainment center with TV and stereo system, and ample seating and couches to relax.

-The Dining Room has a pool table with dining top to seat eight guests.

-The Wet Bar is located in the corner of the Living Room, as you walk outside to the Lakeview Patio.

-The 2,000sq ft. outdoor patio has a hot tub, BBQ, fire pit, and a private dock on Boulder Bay on Big Bear Lake.

The water at the dock is currently about 8' deep, and is accessable by boat. Two kayaks, a SUP, and Pedal boat are available for use on the dock.

Firewood for indoor and coffee are included. TV includes cable TV, dvd, netflix, disney plus

The photos don’t do this property justice, especially on the inside. It’s so well done and makes you feel right at home. Great location with lots of peace and quiet, but still close to the park and the dock where all the action is. . The back deck is a fantastic people-watching spot. The host was incredibly responsive — anytime we had a question, he replied extremely fast. Overall, just a great stay!

Floors were extremely dirty and cobwebs through out the home. Lots of lake boats, private dock and pool table, shuffle board games. Suggest a thorough cleaning as the location and amenities are nice.

Awesome rental, our family had an amazing few days on the lake. Lake, kayaks, paddle board, pool table , shuffleboard were all a hit with our group. Clean, roomy and comfortable!

This house is in great location. We had two families staying together and with the bunk beds it was great! All the extra activities with pool table and shuffle board. And out side kayaks, peddle board. There was so much to do. Great location being in a cove to let the kids explore. The hot tub was a hit! The kitchen could use a deep clean but other than that would stay again.

Cory's cabin is a perfect lakefront escape. We stayed here with my parents and dogs, including my lab who absolutely loved having direct lake access — he was in the water every single day. It's the kind of place where the setting does all the work: mornings on the kayak, evenings by the firepit watching the lake, and total relaxation in between.Everything you need is there; the amenities are well thought out and we took full advantage. We used the BBQ for dinners most nights, which made the whole trip feel like a proper home away from home rather than just a rental.If you're considering this place for a dog-friendly getaway or a low-key family trip, don't hesitate. We'll absolutely be back.

Beautiful home and fantastic location. Spacious, clean, comfortable and very well appointed. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area with the incredible view. Great house in Boulder Bay!

Location and amenities were great! Dock access with kayaks to a secluded bay was awesome! Lots of space in the house, felt nice and spread out, especially with the backyard area. Would rent again for sure.

Our favorite Big Bear Rental!

This was our 4th summer in Big Bear and is our favorite rental by far! Really appreciated the extra beach towels, smores supplies, fishing gear, and kayaks. Amazing views and incredibly easy access to the water.

Great location and house layout! Owner is great and very responsive to any questions or concerns. Property does need some maintenance, dock includes. Would stay again!

We stayed here over Thanksgiving weekend with 4 adults and 3 children (11,11 and 13 years old) and a small dog. Perfect size house for our group. The host was very responsive and answered all our questions. Great location/view on the water with its own dock and water toys. Kids loved fishing from the dock and the paddle boat. They caught multiple fish using the paddle boat. Hot tub and fire pit were also great at night. Everyone had a good time and we would definitely stay here again.

Great outdoor space

The house was clean and had plenty of room for us 8 adults. The backyard was our favorite part of the property. We enjoyed the spa, the firepit, the bbq, and most of all the kyaks.

Beautiful lake house

Beautiful place for a family stay! Everything real close by, and every detail listed about property is on point. We had a blast catching fish, taking out kayaks, and just watching the stars by fire pit. I am real grateful and thankful for the opportunity to stay here and make new family memories here.

Beautiful

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house. The patio is amazing! We enjoyed sitting outside during the day, sitting in the spa, and the outdoor fire pit was delightful. The house was equally lovely. Well appointed and comfortable. Great living room with a fireplace which came with loads of wood.

Incredible cabin, great fun for family.

A beautiful cabin right on the lakeside. The host always keeps the place well furnished, clean and warm. We got a little snow on the last day and the host was so kind in accommodating us thru that somewhat heavy storm. You'll have so much fun here with your family or friends. Thanks again Kyle for a wonderful stay.
