Built in the 1920's, this historic two-level townhome/duplex is located on a quiet street in the Lake Claire neighborhood, a quaint intown community. Centrally located but within one of the safest areas in the city.
This duplex captures a view of Atlanta as the historic transportation hub of the South.
The main level embodies Atlanta’s role within the aviation sector of world history (WWII B29 Bombers/Delta).
The kitchen has of hints of Coca Cola (Founded in Atlanta, May 8, 1886), that leads to a private deck.
“The Terminus" lower-level suite has a railway station theme, with a living room equipped with the comforts of any historic lounge. The manager for this property can be found next door.

This was an excellent location. It was clean, quiet and safe area. Very walkable area. Cute bookstore and eating places close by. Easy access to the MARTA for easier access downtown. The home had everything we needed. It was super clean and a great place to relax after a full day of exploring. Excellent hosts and very responsive. We had no issues at all. Plan to stay here again.

Could not have been a more perfect stay! From the decor, the comfortable beds and linens, the privacy, the amazing back deck, and just the overall feel of this place, Allen has created the perfect retreat. As a travel nurse, it’s so close to many local hospitals, which is also great! When I am in the area again, I will absolutely stay here.

Our stay was excellent. We booked this vrbo due to its close proximity to Emory and due to the great reviews. The house was very well equipped for everything we needed. Very clean, great neighborhood, very safe. Allen is a great host and so easy to deal with quick responses and always making sure we had what we needed and respected our privacy. Our family would definitely stay here again.

Our stay in Allen's lovely home was topnotch - warm, clean and comfy, with just the right amenities to help relax between our planned activities with family. We really enjoyed our stay at Allan’s. The house was comfortable, spacious, and well-equipt. Plenty of room for our group (5 adults) to eat together, watch the game together (go Birds!) or get away for quiet time when needed. Allan was very responsive to texts. We will definitely stay here again when in the area

The house was fully equipped with kitchen supplies and everything you could need. The host responded quickly to any questions we had. The property is great for a family with other kids or multiple groups. Our teenagers were able to have their own bedrooms on the lower level with a bathroom and living space so they could stay up and not keep the whole house up. Parking on the street was always available and the neighborhood is safe and friendly. We went to a different coffee shop nearby each day and there are plenty of restaurants, if you don’t want to cook.
