Beautiful views and well kept accommodations! Not fancy but tasteful, comfortable, and clean throughout the condo as well as the common grounds. This place has a huge wrap around balcony which connects all of the bedrooms. Personally, I would be very happy to live there (on the balcony) year round. Worth every penny!

This condo was great for our recent vacation! While things are outdated, the condo was clean and had everything we were looking for to accommodate our family. There were enough beds, bathrooms, and living and dining room seating for everyone, which was something that was hard to find. We loved being right on the beach, spending time on the balcony enjoying the views, and being able to just walk down to the beach when we wanted.

Condo was exactly as listed. Tons of dishes, towels etc. Condo was clean and host called to see how our stay was going. Best condo we have stayed at in the five years we have been coming to Orange Beach.

Perfect Location for a Family Trip

This location was perfect for a relaxing vacation with extended family. Accessibility to the beach and local amenities was easy and convenient. The property was clean and spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place for a family!

Our stay was perfect! The condo was clean and the perfect size for our family. The balcony views and easy access to the beach were amazing! We truly enjoyed every aspect of our rental and plan on coming back in the future.

Beachball properties runs this condo. Owners are not involved.. no check in early is allowed. If you got kids it’s a problem. Especially when the condo is clean and ready. Still want let youDon’t be on the property before check in will get towed. Without parking pass.

Very clean and beautiful view! Great location.

Our stay at the palms on orange beach was so relaxing. The condo was very clean with a great view. We were there the week before Labor Day and it was not very busy at all. For a retired couple this was great for us

Great Place

Condo was very nice, clean, & well stocked with needed household items. Location is great (very peaceful) with beautiful views. Beds were probably the most comfortable we’ve had in all our years of traveling. Also really appreciated the carpet in the bedrooms. Family has already asked if we can stay here next year.

Great Experience

We fully enjoyed our experience. The condo was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Great location. Right on the beach. Each room had access to the balcony.

Great beach view from the huge balcony, easy to reach the beach. Condo was clean, all appliances worked. We had 7 adults that comfortable fit. Only recommendation-more comfortable chairs for the balcony. We loved it.

Taking it easy

6 of us stayed in the condo. We are all in the resturant industry and needed a break from it. We chose this condo mainly because it was beach front. We loved everything about the condo! The very large balcony was an awesome plus!!

Excellent Unit and seevice

Check in was so easy, and the provided directions were simple and accurate. We went straight to our unit. Parking was great. Easy beach access. Unit had a great layout and was perfect for our group.

Hangout Fest weekend

Great property! Well stocked with everything we needed. Many nice to have extras everywhere that we didn't expect but were delighted with. We were right next to a shuttle stop. Dated but well kept.
