Our condo is located in Phoenix East on on the fourth floor right on the gulf with views of the pass and beautiful white sandy beach in the heart of Orange Beach walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Amenities include indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, splash pad, exercise room, lighted tennis courts, basket ball goal, indoor racquet ball court and free wifi. Make our condo your new destination for your next vacation at the beach. We look forward to having you as our guests!

Orange Beach vacation

We can’t say enough about the property manager! She was amazing, attentive and prompt! She was quick to respond and so easy going! We will definitely be back! The condo was very nice, spacious and had everything you could ever need! Great place to stay with our family!

Beautifully decorated and felt right at home.

Absolutely stunning and beautifully decorated. Check in was a breeze. Kitchen fully stocked with everything needed to cook for your family. Loved the location of the condo and it was very clean. Plenty of seating inside and out on the balcony. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home away from home then this is it. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Girls’ Trip

The place was amazing, they had everything you needed to cook a big meal, and the walk to the beach was short, making it really nice. We had a great trip.

The condo was very nice and comfortable. A kuerig would be a nice update. The Master bath is a little small but manageable. Great Location! Would stay here again.

Orange Beach condo for Eric Church

We loved this condo! They left us a welcome bottle of wine chilling in the fridge and snacks on the counter! That’s was a nice surprise and so thoughtful! My girlfriend and I were in for the Eric Church concert and it was in a great location too! In addition, the condo was very clean! We loved the balcony with the cute table and chairs! Everything was included that we needed and kitchen was well stocked! We would definitely stay there again!

Breathtaking Views of Beach

Orange Beach

This condo was a great place to stay for our vacation. It was very spacious and fit our group of 7 comfortably. The view was amazing and beach was not too crowded. Our kids loved the pool and the splash pad. It is centrally located with access to great restaurants and shopping. I would absolutely stay here again!

I am Phyllis Campbell the owner of Unit #406 in Phoenix East. My husband and I are from North Alabama and have had a beach getaway for thirty plus years. We started on the Florida coast then inched our way to Orange Beach when purchasing our first Phoenix Property in the Eighties and have thoroughly enjoyed the Alabama Coast. We purchased our condo in Phoenix East in 1996 preconstruction and use it as our second home every chance we get. Our daughter, Lisa Ray, lives in Orange Beach and manages the condo.

Orange Beach is a small town with a gorgeous beach and very family friendly. Our family has enjoyed getting away to the beach for many years...so much so two of my children permanently reside here now. We enjoy spending Thanksgiving every year at the beach with our family and friends.

The condo is located on a very large beach near the pass. One of our favorite pass times is sitting on the balcony watching the boat traffic. It is located across the street from San Roc Cay which offers restaurants, shopping, charter boating/fishing and spas.. All within walking distance is Zeke's Landing, Spas, Seafood Market, Doughnut Shop as well as many restaurants. One of the newest additions to the beach is The Gulf outdoor restaurant/bar by the pass which is also within walking distance. With all it's lush greenery and palm trees, it is a great place to spend some time on a sunny day Also located two doors from Perdido Beach Resort should your travel be connected with a business convention. The property offers many amenities such as indoor/ourdoor pool, hottub, sauna, basketball, racquetball, tennis courts and workout facility. Beach service is also offered to include chair/umbrella rental. All to make your beach getaway fabulous!
