Our condo is located in Phoenix East on on the fourth floor right on the gulf with views of the pass and beautiful white sandy beach in the heart of Orange Beach walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Amenities include indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, splash pad, exercise room, lighted tennis courts, basket ball goal, indoor racquet ball court and free wifi. Place was clean and nice. The staff and host were very friendly and easy to connect with if any issues or questions. Enjoyed the views of the ocean and swimming in the large outdoor pool. Will likely be back!

Our unit was clean when entered it. The air conditioning was on. The view of the beach was excellent. Our host was wonderful. The internet worked as advertised. We had no issues during our stay.

Easy and smooth check in process. We had an issue with the bathtub drain that was attended to in less than 24 hours! The host responds very quickly to any questions or concerns. The building’s older age does show. The room seemed to have a mold smell to it. The WiFi would also work on and off.

Perfect view beachfront Clean and beds were comfortable. Well stocked Would definitely stay here again. Host was easy to work with AC went out but a new one was put in the next day.

When we entered the spacious, beautiful, calming space, we entered relaxed beach mode! This very comfortable condo with a fabulous view of the beach and pool was perfect for our family of 5! We spent a lot of time on the balcony with chairs for 5. The kitchen was nicely appointed, with basics like salt and pepper, coffee filters, a blender, plenty of dishes, cookware, and silverware so that we wouldn't have to constantly wash dishes for the next meal. Lisa is very hospitable and super-quick to respond to any questions. The condo building and pool was nice and clean. The elevators worked great! We couldn't have had a better time!

We felt very at home here, really enjoyed our experience. Lisa is an excellent host, with really nice touches, like chilled wine and a snack basket, which we appreciated. We will miss the beautiful Gulf, and hope to be back, will definitely stay here again. Many thanks, Lisa!

I am Phyllis Campbell the owner of Unit #406 in Phoenix East. My husband and I are from North Alabama and have had a beach getaway for thirty plus years. We started on the Florida coast then inched our way to Orange Beach when purchasing our first Phoenix Property in the Eighties and have thoroughly enjoyed the Alabama Coast. We purchased our condo in Phoenix East in 1996 preconstruction and use it as our second home every chance we get. Our daughter, Lisa Ray, lives in Orange Beach and manages the condo.

Orange Beach is a small town with a gorgeous beach and very family friendly. Our family has enjoyed getting away to the beach for many years...so much so two of my children permanently reside here now. We enjoy spending Thanksgiving every year at the beach with our family and friends.

The condo is located on a very large beach near the pass. One of our favorite pass times is sitting on the balcony watching the boat traffic. It is located across the street from San Roc Cay which offers restaurants, shopping, charter boating/fishing and spas.. All within walking distance is Zeke's Landing, Spas, Seafood Market, Doughnut Shop as well as many restaurants. One of the newest additions to the beach is The Gulf outdoor restaurant/bar by the pass which is also within walking distance. With all it's lush greenery and palm trees, it is a great place to spend some time on a sunny day Also located two doors from Perdido Beach Resort should your travel be connected with a business convention. The property offers many amenities such as indoor/ourdoor pool, hottub, sauna, basketball, racquetball, tennis courts and workout facility. Beach service is also offered to include chair/umbrella rental. All to make your beach getaway fabulous!
