There were several concerns beginning with a maintenance man greeting me at the door, stating that there were issues and that someone should have contacted me. Also, another person showed up to clean the grill. These are items that should have been taken care of before my arrival. There was also a terrible stench/odor that lingered the entire stay and gave me a headache. Even though the home was newly renovated with a lot of upgrades, it still carries an older home smell. Based on the listed information I thought that the location was closer to the Emory Atlanta area not off of Wesley Chapel. This is not a location that I would have preferred to stay at. We were celebrating my mother's 75th birthday and the accommodations were below my usual standards for house stays. The outside pool area and patio area were not cleaned, as trash and other items clearly had been left behind from previous tenants. There were also many restrictions on moving furniture and having to provide the names of all potential guests visiting and staying. I’ve never had to do that. While, I would not recommend staying here, I would like to highlight some positives. When finally able to speak to the property manager Rochella, she was professional and offered a late checkout without a fee due to my concerns. I wound have preferred a refund, but that didn’t happen. My family members all agreed that the showers were great and they enjoyed the hot tub.
