Ponderosa Cabins 104 N Laurel cabin 17

Cabin is a cozy 1 bedroom with a king bed, woodburning fireplace, full kitchen and full bathroom, small porch with a charlcoal grill. There is a trail at the back of the property that leads you to the Rio River and Two Rivers Park. We are located 3/4 mile for the start of Mid-town and 3.5 miles from The Inn of the Mountain Gods. We are located in the heart of Ruidoso near the shops, ski area, casinos, riding stables, fishing, golf and hiking.
The space
Cabin 17 and 16 share a dividing wall. Your have the entire cabin to yourself.
Guest access
This cabin has one parking space.
Other things to note
Please come to the office to pick up the key. Contactless key exchange upon guest request as long as reservation with AirBnB is correct and updated. Check in is bewteen 3-6pm if you need a later checkin time arrangements can be made with the office. Check-out is no later than 11am. We are pet friendly with approval and a $10.00 per night per pet.

It was great and the owners of the property were so nice! We would definitely stay again (side note, VRBO made us rate a "winery experience" but I don't think there was one?)

We found the cabins very clean and comfortable.

We both like the cabin and the view from the kitchen window was great. The beautiful woods and all the wild life we would see Elk, Dear, and all the Birds it was a wonderful time.

Very clean and maintained cabin! The owners were on property getting fireplaces lit on the weekend which is not the case at most places! It was very quiet and comfortable and made celebrating birthday much better!! Not to mention 2 miles from the Casino!!! Would definitely recommend to anyone!!!

The bed sheets were ripped,porch lights were not working and the kitchen window was not able to be locked. For that price I could of stayed at a hotel

Hello. We did find that one of our thicker blankets (out of the four layers on the bed) had a tear in it that was not noticed when making the bed and we were able to replace it as soon as we knew. The porch light has been tested and does work but we believe the current light bulb was just steadily dying. We also replaced it once we were made aware. Yes, this particular cabin's back room has a very nice window that looks out over the forest behind us! It is also ten feet above the ground. Please know we took all your concerns listed to heart and have adjusted accordingly. We encourage all guests to please message or call us with any issues as most often it's something that can be easily fixed so that you can enjoy your stay to the fullest, which we all absolutely want for your vacation. Unfortunately, these guests did not communicate anything with the office during their stay.
