This was perfect for my little mountain getaway weekend!! It had everything I needed and was very cozy and scenery was beautiful! I especially loved watching the ducks when out on the balcony!!

John and Kathy were the perfect hosts. The property was exactly as pictured. Check-in and checkout were seamless. The property was very clean and generously stocked with all the amenities needed for our stay. We will definitely be back!!

Great Stay

It was just as advertised and was well stocked. It was just enough room for my husband and I. If we come to Ruidoso again will definitely stay there.

We booked this property for a weekend getaway for my in-laws. They had a wonderful time there in Ruidoso. The property was well kept and clean. John, the owner, was in constant communication with me regarding the accomodations. Fantastic all around!

Condo was very clean and updated. Amenities were everything we needed for a short stay. Very quiet and comfortable stay. We sure enjoyed staying there and John was very responsive to my text messages.

Really enjoyed our stay. The view from the room was amazing. Saw deer daily. The room was just like it was posted. Very clean and well stocked. Very good communication with John and Kathy. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful Weekend!

We love the condo! It was perfect for a quick getaway to relax in the mountains! It was in a great location with easy access to everything we needed. We will definitely be coming back!

Cozy condo

The condo was clean and provided what we needed. The only complaint is that we were awakened at 1:00am by noisy upstairs neighbors. We would stay there again though.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

This property was perfect for a quick weekend getaway with my husband. We enjoyed watching the deer from the patio and the fireplace made for cozy evenings. After long hikes and outdoor activities, it was nice to soak in the deep bathtub and the water was nice and hot! The location was perfect for us. Everywhere we went was 10 minutes or less from the condo. Clean, comfortable and cozy! We will hopefully be back soon!
