The property was private, and the view was breathtaking. The property felt like we were up in the treetops. We enjoyed watching the barges travel down the river, and the sunsets were spectacular. We are looking forward to coming back in the fall to witness the colors.

Quiet stay with a beautiful view

The listing accurately described the stay. We enjoyed the beautiful view, quiet surroundings, and the hot tub was amazing. This is perfect for a quiet getaway and there are plenty of activities in nearby towns.

THE Place to stay

One of the best cabin experiences I have ever had. The view of sunsets on the Mississippi was amazing. Even on the rainy day we sat in the hot tub in the screened in porch and watched the sunset through the rain.

Great view

Great house to stay in while exploring the area in the fall! The view was great! Very clean property & the hot tub was awesome! Would definitely recommend this house to anyone !

Great Location, Amazing views

We had a great time. The house was well furnished and big enough for two couples, each on their separate floor. The hot tub looking out over the river was fantastic. I would highly recommend this Vrbo.

Excellent weekend get away place

Great quite, relaxing, and cozy place eith a beautiful view to soak in. We will be returning again for another weekend get away. It was a hard place to have to leave. Highly recommend!!!!

Christmas getaway

What an amazing place to stay! Todd and Donna did a great job of setting up the chalet. We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival - it is everything shown in photos and more! It was furnished with everything we needed, provided a tranquil setting including a great view of the river valley. We look forward to a chance to go back and stay there again!
