ROMANTIC COUPLES ESCAPE
Our cabin is not a place to stay while you are on vacation... our cabin is the vacation. You can come and enjoy the surrounding areas if you want, but you can also just come and spend the entire time away from the outside world. It is a quiet, peaceful, romantic place to just unwind.
Are you looking for a cozy, and quiet get-away spot to rest and relax? Our little TranquiliTree Cabin is the perfect spot! Located up on a bluff, between Prairie Du Chien, WI and Ferryville, WI, this little A- frame cabin gets you within 5 minutes from the river but allows you to be tucked back away in a quiet wooded area. (Please note that there is about a mile of gravel that is maintained in order to get to the cabin. The driveway itself is blacktopped.) It is 900 square feet of pure relaxation and nature! Enjoy your morning coffee in the outdoor room while you watch the deer and birds, relax by the fire pit, and at night cozy up to the wood burning stove and the views of the trees. The loft has a king sized bed. The living room has a couch that does lift up into a full sized bed and there is an ottoman that pulls out into a single cot.

Very cute, cozy, and private cabin. Loved how they had a lot of amenities to make the stay more comfortable. Everything was clean and in good condition. We will definitely stay again!

This serene, wonderful cabin was everything we needed and more to have a relaxing anniversary get-away. Secluded, cute and cozy with plenty of room to relax. Extremely clean, with a lovely kitchen/eating area stocked with all the kitchen ware we needed to enjoy our meals! The king size bed in the loft is amazing! Such a beautiful space! We received quick responses from the host if we had questions, and we especially loved the outdoor space to enjoy the beautiful trees and birds! We highly recommend this tranquil cabin!

We loved our stay at this cabin! It was perfect for 2 people but could hold a few more. The property was peaceful and we saw so much wildlife while we were there. We loved the deck and used it to eat outside and grill whenever we could. The decor of the cabin was also super cute! Very homey and comfortable. It was really the best stay. The cabin had everything we needed for the 3 nights we were there. It was like a home away from home. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Prairie du Chien area. It was only a 20-30 minute drive to some beautiful hikes and great restaurants.

We just got back from spending 3 nights and it was such an amazing experience. Everything was there that we needed. They had plenty of firewood as well. We never seen any neighbors which was nice. We enjoyed watching the deer around the property. We will definitely be scheduling another stay soon.

This cabin was adorable and comfortable, a perfect retreat for me and my fiancee. The woods were wonderful, the nearby hikes and state parks were perfect, the lofted design with vaulted ceilings was really fun and relaxing. We loved this place.

GREAT secluded cabin with a sunroom and firepit! My partner and I went out for a weekend and our only downside was that we couldn't stay longer. Im definitely planning on returning! Heidi and Kevin were great hosts and got back to us immediately.

We had an excellent stay at this cozy cabin. We explored the driftless area and had a wonderful time.

Ultimately was unable to stay due to weather and other schedule constraints, but communication with host was excellent and we really appreciated host's attempts to find ways to make the trip doable for us.

Loved the tranquil setting of the property, how well stocked and cozy the cabin was, and frequent communications from the owners to make sure we had everything we needed.

It was perfect from the moment we pulled up! The deer, the Eagles, and wildlife were alive! The property had everything we needed to get away from stress and decompress. The cabin was comfortable and fully stocked. The town is quaint and charming. We will be back!

This is the second time we have stayed here. It’s one of our favorite places to stay. The host is excellent and extremely helpful. It’s the coziest!

Very nice cabin tucked away in the woods. Secluded and located off a private road. We enjoyed our stay, would stay here again in the future!

Kevin and Heidi have been high school sweethearts and have been married for 20years. Heidi grew up in Decorah, Iowa and Kevin in Ossian, Iowa. We live with our family of 6 in Ossian, Iowa. Our oldest four children (William, Dawn, Sami, and Anita) came to us via foster care. We opened our homes and our hearts and we were blessed to welcome them into our family. Then came our son Trevin also via a foster care placement and finally came our youngest Ella. Kevin hauls mail for the US Postal Service and Heidi works as an elementary school social worker. Our family is a super busy family and decided that we need a quiet and relaxing place to go as a family and as a couple.
