This was an awesome place to stay, walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go in Bar Harbor and a short 5 minute drive to Acadia. It was comfortable and clean and we couldn’t have asked for anything more.

The unit was spotless. On a nice quiet street but close enough to walk to everything. We loved it! Also, I forgot to pack coffee, thanks for having some on site.

This is a great location. The check-in and check-out was easy. Linens is where they fell short. The fitted sheet didn't fit the bed and the towels were flimsy, thin, rough and small. Easy fixes. Other than that it was a good stay.

Perfect host, location and apartment for a trip to Bar Harbor and exploring Arcadia. Way better than a simple hotel room or old cottage at comparable price. Walk to town with ease and minutes to enter the National Park. One down side is really poor cell phone coverage in this area but hardly the property owners fault. Another concern is abysmal internet service than worked 10 seconds at a time. Made is impossible to research the area and activities. Hopefully they can upgrade Wi-Fi service.

This super clean one bedroom has all the conveniences of travel (sheets, towels, toiletries, etc) and a nicely stocked small kitchen. It's location is perfect to walk to downtown Bar Harbor and just a short drive to excellent hiking in Acadia National Park. I would happily return for future hiking trips to the area.

Overall, the property was clean, comfortable, and adequate for what we needed, and we had a wonderful trip to Bar Harbor. The inside was spotless and had been very nicely remodeled.The location was still within easy walking distance of town, and we ended up really enjoying it. However, it was on the outer edge of the approximate location circle shown on VRBO—the side farthest from the town center—so it was not quite as close as we expected.The exterior of the building could also use a facelift, and I don’t feel the listing photos gave a very clear picture of its condition. Inside, the floor was noticeably unlevel, which made us a little uneasy since the unit was on the second floor.Had the rental been considerably less expensive, we would have been very happy with it. At the price we paid, however, we didn’t feel the overall property and condition represented a good value. That said, it was clean, functional, and served our needs, and we had a great trip. The property also had several fun Happy Days references throughout, which gave it a cute, nostalgic personality.

The place was as described and provided an excellent location for exploring Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. I was able to walk to nearby shops and restaurants. Overall it was as a comfortable place to call home for a few days.

This unit is fantastic. The host was very helpful & welcoming. Anything you can possibly need it had. Location is perfect just a couple blocks from center of town. I am looking forward to returning next winter.

Great Location!

Inspiration Point is a sweet spot… walking distance to the happening streets of Bar Harbor yet nestled in a residential neighborhood! We thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

Quiet neighborhood, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants and a short drive to hikes in the park. Had everything we needed to be comfortable.

A wonderful stay

Loved the location, the cleanliness, the decor, and the amenities here. Everything was just enough for a perfect stay. My wife wants to downsize now to something very similar :) Will definitely be back.

Awesome place!!!

Great place to stay. Just far enough out of town center that you don’t get the business but a quick 10 min walk to the village green. Everything we needed was there and the place was clean and neat. Would definitely stay here again.

Cozy with Integrity

This VRBO was true to its description—cozy, but with integrity and comfort for two people. It had ample space, all the essentials, and was in an excellent location close to town. I would definitely stay here again.
