Come enjoy our mother-in-law suite above our stand alone garage. Nestled on Conifer Mountain at almost 9 thousand feet, surrounded by serene forest and wildlife, you will find all the comforts of a home away from home. We are just over 5 miles from Hwy 285 and the town of Conifer, CO. Nearby access to the Platte River, Staunton State Park, Pine Valley Ranch, Beaver Ranch Park and countless other outdoor activities. Only 22 miles or 35 minutes to Red Rocks Amphitheater. Enjoy many dining options, shopping, bars, and local attractions of Evergreen, Bailey, and Conifer.

Colorado mountains in the winter are some of the most beautiful and serene you will ever encounter. However, it does take some planning and preparation to be sure that you are ready and safe for the elements. If you plan to book with us during months that there could be a potential for snow (which truly can be anywhere from September through May), we do recommend that your vehicle be equipped with all wheel drive or 4-wheel drive. We will keep the driveway and your walking paths cleared of snow, and the county does a pretty good job of clearing the roads as well. As with any winter driving, we always recommend caution. We encourage you to look ahead for the weather reports to see what kind of conditions you may be dealing with during your stay with us. Clean and cozy

The stay went well, owners were quick to reply to questions, they needed to access the garage below the building once and notified us via message ahead of time, which showed a lot of respect towards our privacy.

A dream stay

If I could give this property 20 stars I would. The way this couple goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and at home is incredible. From all the sweet snacks, the impeccable decor and general coziness to the cabin, I could live her comfortably. And that’s not even mentioning the views in Conifer Mountain that you get to experience staying here. Such an awesome location, close to great sites (and they even have a handy book to make your stay even better with excellent site and food recommendations) and far enough from everything that you you get that nature peace you desire. A must stay!

A lot of LOVE...

A lot of love and care went into this VRBO... all the reviews of this property are quite accurate. The layout, ease of check-in, and attention to detail here are a rare thing - you will also find many extras and pleasant 'surprises' at this property as well. Finally, the hosts are immediately responsive and available if you need them, but very unobtrusive at the same time - the perfect combination. HIGHLY recommend!! Thanks again Brent and Katy....

Amazing vrbo

Perfect in every way! Exceeded expectations. Great space, comfy bedding, incredible views, so many extra details and special touches that easily make this the best vrbo I’ve ever stayed at. Beautiful and easy drive to Red Rocks. Definitely book this for your Colorado vacation!

Exceeded Expecations

Reviews were 5.0 so we selected this place to stay while in town for a concert. Place was probably the most well kept, equipped, thoughtful and decorated rental we have stayed in. Location was amazing! Quiet and secluded!! Would love to stay here again.

Amazing studio with plentiful amenities!

Our stay was amazing! My fiancé used it to get ready in before our wedding and he was able to relax and hang out and play games with his friends and dad. Perfect bachelor pad! Then we used it as a couple for the rest of the weekend and it was so cozy and comfortable. Highly recommend if your looking for something casual and comfortable but also with breathtaking views!

Amazing mountain retreat

This is an incredible find for a couple or a small family. It is in the mountains so be prepared for some adjustment to the altitude if you are a flat lander such as myself. A super comfy king size bed and a pull out twin are available for sleeping. There are tons of windows for great air circulation was never hot or stuffy and a small stove in the corner could be super cozy with the right weather. The bathroom is downstairs which was not a problem for us but could see how if traveling with small kiddos it could be. There is plenty to do with pool table and tons of games provided along with an awesome huge tv and excellent wi-fi. We hope to be back again soon!!!

BEAUTIFUL Rustic Peaceful Property & Location

Fine quality materials design and layout. Bed was super comfortable. Amenities were perfect and hosts were generous and attentive to details and needs. We are a couple in our early 60's and were looking for R&R and getaway from the city and hustle & bustle - perfect prime spot. Attended two events at Red Rocks - entertainment and environment unsurpassed. Would love to return to this area and this is the only place I'd stay or recommend to friends and family. Hosts are great and chill!

Better than we could have hoped for!!

Where to begin?! We came in for a quick trip - a concert at Red Rocks - however the CO weather didnt agrre & we emded up just having a fantastic steak dinner at 5281 and enjoying ourntime in this beautiful loft instead! It was AMAZING!! The VRBO pictures don't do it justice. Feom the welcome basket, to the tasteful decor, to the Eubanks Farm stamped toilet paper - absolutely amazing!! We will defintely be back, either with the kids, or just another sweet, romantic getaway with just the two of us. Thank you, Brent & Katy!!!!!!

Perfect Hideaway

This place was exactly what we were looking for. Secluded but has everything we needed and more. Wish we could have stayed longer. One note, the bathroom is down a flight of stairs. Its about 30-40min from downtown Denver. Would stay here again and again. Brent is a great host.

Tree House

A beautiful property enclosed by trees. Looks like something out of an HGTV episode. We loved it. Beautiful hiking all around.

Mountain bliss

This place was so wonderful. It’s very clean and spacious, and so comfortable. I wish all VRBOs were this nice, it definitely deserves 5 stars! We even had perfect weather, and slept with the windows open. We visit the area regularly and will be sure to book again. I’ve shared with friends in Conifer to refer to their overflow guests. Superb Rustic Getaway Hidden in Beautiful Mountians

The place has been finished extremely nicely! Nothing cheap about it. Everything was great quality and the style and décor throughout the home all fit together really well (something which many rental vacation houses seem to struggle with for some reason). The setting was amazing too, with beautiful forest and mountain-ridge views. Worth every penny. Would absolutely recommend for a getaway location!

Mountain Escape

We stayed here for two nights. We liked the proximity to Red Rocks. The property is very well equipped and in a fabulous setting. The bed was oh so comfy and we slept with the windows open to the mountain air. This is a top notch rental.

The Perfect Getaway!

What a beautiful setting for a weekend of R & R. My son and I enjoyed using the pool table and dart board, eating the fresh eggs (thank you!!) and the beautiful drive up Conifer Mountain. We traveled to Colorado for a concert at Red Rocks, and this location was a perfect place to stay!

Girls Getaway

Very quaint guest house. Beautiful views. Homeowners have chickens and left us fresh eggs! Bit of a curvy road to get up there if you get car sick. Also recommend stopping at the grocery store on your way up cuz you may not want to drive back down. Loved this property ❤️

REALLY NICE! Great Place!!

The place is exactly as shown in the photo's, large, comfortable room about 20 minutes from Red Rocks amphitheater. To get here, there is a 12-15 min winding, fun drive through mountains with views of the valley and snow capped mountains in the distance. Chickens on site but no roosters- so no noise at all, perfectly quiet! We easily accessed the entire Denver/Golden area from here including a concert at Red Rocks- the main reason for our trip. This place is definitely on our short list for future trips!! Owners were responsive and helpful. Small grill was great for our ribeye's! Easy, clean and comfortable- perfect!

Awesome altitude and atmosphere

My son and I stayed here for a long weekend. The drive up is amazing, property is well cared for and lots of things to entertain yourselves. And the views!

Anfitrión: Brent and Katy Eubank

While I am a native of Colorado, Brent has lived here for 25 years after moving from Texas. I am a true mountain girl through and through, and although some love Texas, Brent and the heat and humidity did not get along. He was much happier being surrounded by snow, and beautiful forests. We love all sports outdoors, and spend as much time as we can outside! Opening our home and hosting guests is a comforting and makes us proud to be able to share. We both don't come from much but work extremely hard for the home that we have created and it brings us such joy to be able to share that!
