Come make memories at our luxury home on the 18th green of the Sleepy Ridge Golf Course. Enjoy the spectacular views of the lush golf course, surrounding mountains and unforgettable sunsets from the large private balcony with motorized sun/privacy shade that overlooks the final hole of the course. Includes a gas BBQ and comfortable patio furniture.

This home has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and provides accommodations for up to 8 people. The king size master suite features a large private bathroom with double sinks, jetted tub, shower & walk in closet. The three other bedrooms have queen size beds. There is a fully operational kitchen with stainless steel appliances, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, granite counter tops and a breakfast bar with stools. Also included for your convenience are a washer/dryer, gas fireplace, Wi-Fi Internet, central stereo, air conditioning, garage parking and smart TV’s.

This is a great place to stay for all BYU & UVU events. The close proximity to the highway makes it easy to get to anywhere in Utah County with several entertainment and dining spots nearby. There are cinemas, playhouses, sporting venues, shopping and restaurants all within minutes. Salt Lake International Airport is 50 minutes. Sundance Resort is 30 minutes. Brighton Ski Resort is 40 minutes. Long and short term rentals available. For the price of a hotel why not have a 4 bedroom home!

Perfect place to stay in Orem in a golf community. Communication with owner was great. Everything we needed. Would stay again for sure.

Incredible place to stay

Loved this VRBO. Geese were outside and the place was wonderful. My wife also saw a herd of 12 deer and a coyote. I would have given straight 5s if it wasn't for the fact that we kept getting sand in the jetted tub. We actually washed it with dishwashing detergent twice and the sand kept coming back. It must be in the lines. Tub was OK if we just didn't turn on the jets. t

Peaceful Home

We enjoyed staying at this home. The house has great natural light with all of the windows. It allows you to see the beautiful view from the house. We saw deer, water fowl, mountains. The high ceilings were very nice. Also, it was nice to have full use of the garage. The house is well equipped. The hosts made sure that there were lots of linens, dishes, utensils, cooking equipment, kitchen appliances. We were able to do all of the cooking and activities we wanted to there.The neighborhood is nice and welcoming. We enjoyed seeing wildlife so close.

Wedding

Our youngest son had his wedding luncheon and reception at the Sleepy Ridge clubhouse. This home was the perfect location for us, we were able to walk to the clubhouse, and the home was a great place to gather in between events for breaks and changing. Beds were comfy, there was plenty of seating and space. Loved it!

Couldn't have been better!

Great location

We had a wonderful stay. Great location having college kids at Uvu and Byu. Beautiful home on the golf course. We will definitely rebook if we return needing a home rental. We even had bonus fireworks from a wedding at Sleepy Ridge. Only one complaint. I personally would like blackout curtains/blinds in the primary bedroom.

Beautiful and very confortable home

The location was perfect. Very close to everything and a beautiful and relaxing back view. The beds were very comfortable!. We will definitely be staying here again.

Clean & fully equipped with all needs in mind. It was so comfortable and we enjoyed a great wedding at the golf club venue & some golfing. Definitely a great rental.

Very Nice Home

The house was very nice and comfortable with a good layout. The view of the golf course and club house was really beautiful and we enjoyed sitting out on the patio with our wine. Their iron was not working and we desperately needed one to for the wedding we were attending! They had one delivered so quickly!! We were incredibly appreciative! They were very quick to respond!

Amazing Property

I would highly recommend this property. Our family of five stayed at this home and we could not have been more satisfied with our experience. The house itself is beautiful. The setting is perfect with phenomenal views. The house was spotlessly clean and laid out perfectly for spending time together as a family. If you are considering staying in the Orem or Provo area, I would highly recommend this property.

Beauty on 18

Perfect for wedding weekend at Sleepy Ridge- property met our needs very well! All but 1 room is on the main level! Owner very nice to work with! Balcony only area that could use a little attention as far a cleaning otherwise very satisfied would stay here if in the area again.

Awesome place

It was home away from home! Very fast response from management. Great location for our needs. Really impressed with the house, the pictures give you an idea about the place but not the “WOW” factor. It was nice, quiet, awesome place!!!

Great Family Home

This home was perfect for Mother’s Day stay. It’s was perfectly clean. The views were gorgeous and the home was perfect for our Mother’s Day brunch with our kids and grandchildren.

Great stay on the 18th green!

We were in town for our son's college graduation and this place was great for our us and other family who came to celebrate. The house was clean and has amazing views of the golf course and club house. There are 3 rooms on the main floor and one in the basement 2 full and one 1/2 bath on the main floor. The kitchen was well appointed as were the rooms. We had access to the 2 car garage which was especially nice on the day it rained. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent here again.

One of my favorites!

We have stayed at many rentals traveling for sports. This home was so well taken care of, clean, inviting and beautiful I didn’t want to leave even after 4 nights! Great communication with the host as well! Hope to stay here again

Amazing Stay

We stayed at the Sleepy Ridge property. It was a great home with amazing views and beautiful scenery. The place was clean and perfect for my family of 5. The host manager was easy to communicate with and super friendly. We will absolutely stay here again.
