The property was pristine and easy to get into. The hottub was GREAT after a long day on the beach. Close enough to everything, but very private and quiet- exactly as we wanted. The beach is mearly downstairs! We were parked 2ft from it!! 10/10 will book again for our snowbird escapes!

I haven’t found on the description of property that it states “no elevator”. My husband and I had a difficult time getting up and down stairs especially unloading and leaving. The apartment was clean. It’s very small. There are no dressers in the bedrooms. There is room to have them I’m not sure why you wouldn’t have them. I relied on the extra bedroom to lay my clothes out across the beds. The beds are very comfortable but covers are old and stained. There is no recliner in the living room. Only a couch and straight chair. So my husband stretched out and watched TV and I watched in the bedroom. TV’s were nice and big. There is nowhere to sit outside and the beach can only be seen from the opposite side of the condo. The pool is tiny between two building but was clean. Most of the afternoon it’s shaded. The beach is a very close walk through the garage. That was nice. We were able to purchase chairs on the beach and an umbrella. This is off season so I wasn’t expecting everything to be perfect for the price. But when I looked at booking next summer the price goes up substantially so I’d rather book with another condo that was larger and had elevator for the same price.

Our room was on the second floor but we had two client three flights of stairs to get to it and I have a bad knee. Hot tub and pool are downstairs attached to the other building and is very small and always full. We did not get to use hot tub or pool at all due to so many people adults and children inside of it. Also the parking lot flooded we had to walk through more than your ankle high water to get to the staircase or get to your car when it rains. Also there is mold in the bathroom on the ceiling going into the vent.

The unit was clean upon entering. It was much smaller than I anticipated. It worked out for me because I was staying by myself however, if there were other guests, it would have been very tight. There was no direct ocean or beach view as I anticipated. There was no elevator so carrying everything up and down the stairs was challenging. I would seek another location next time.

We did NOT stay!!!! We walked in and walked straight back out! The listing said it was beachfront and it is definitely not! It looked like a dungeon, it was so dark…tried to open blinds but they would not open. This listing is not accurate at all!!!! You have to walk out the door around a corner down the side and around the corner to see the ocean! The backside of the property! We didn’t even stay and reported it immediately and they refuse to refund our money…after they said they changed the listing due to it not being correct. Isn’t that false advertising…don’t waste your time or money people!

The location was great but the condo was not everything I expected based on other reviews. The place appeared clean however there were stains on the bedspreads and black spots on the popcorn ceiling in the kitchen. There are closets but not one hanger in the place. There was no place to hang towels, bathing suit or beach towels to dry. The kitchen supplies were limited, for example there were only four forks. Somewhere it mentions not to bring outside deck furniture on the beach which is completely understandable but there is no deck furniture. It was okay for our weekend trip but I would have been very frustrated if I was staying a week.

There were disturbingly noisy neighbors on the adjoining property that were vibrating our walls and volume such that I could not hear the tv. Called for management assistance 3 times to no avail. Asked for phone follow-up and received none. The parking area had 3 inches of water following a rain which had my shoes and feet soaked on pack out day. The unit was clean on arrival but that is about all the positive I can mention. Otherwise a 1 star would have been appropriate. Try another location and save this one for a last resort.

Great location

Enjoyed the fact that the complex was right on beach, with easy beach access, and wasn’t too big, It’s a cute building in between all of the large complex’s. Just be prepared to climb stairs, as it is not handicap assessible. Our condo had everything needed to make a couple meals in.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was lovely! Everything was close by! The pics were all true to the listing! The only complaint I have is I asked the host prior if our condo faced the beachside and they said yes indeed, but it did not, but the building was in fact beachside! It was facing the street but it was not bad still very short walk right to the beach! We will definitely be back!!

Decent property, misleading description

While the building itself is on the beach, this unit is not and has no Gulf view. You can walk around the deck for a view, but it feels like you are in another tenant’s space when you do as the actual beachside units have sliding doors that look out. Unit was clean but felt dingy due to being outdated. All communications are automated by a management company, so while they were decently informative, good luck getting a response if you do have a question.

Right on the beach! But room for improvement

Right on the beach! But definitely room for improvement. Small complex, which is a plus in my book, but be aware only one parking spot per unit. Some of the condos have a beach view, but unfortunately this one does not. There are no private balconies at this complex. It is a little misleading saying this condo has a balcony. The balcony goes around the whole floor, and is how you enter each condo. So no sitting and reading with a beach view. And very poor communication before and during our stay. I messaged a couple times with questions before our stay and most of the time I got a standard generic reply instead of actually answering my question. When arriving, the pool code provided did not work and there was no code in the condo, like they provide for the wifi, etc. Messaged to get a new code, which also did not work. No mention of a key fob, but found in one of the many emails and texts they sent, that key fobs would be in the condo. After digging around in every drawer in the kitchen, finally found them just laying in the bottom drawer. Two key chains, each with a fob and a key. One fob worked the pool, but the key attached did not work anything. Key chain #2, the key worked the door, but the fob didn’t work. Check out instructions were not sent until late the night before. Definitely needs improvements in communication of all types. One email with all pertinent and correct information provided, instead of piecemealing it would have been much improved.

Nice house Difficult to get in touch with the “local property management”

House had easy access to the beach, however the property could be managed better. It was difficult to get in touch with someone to get this fixed or clarified.

A good choice for families.

Honestly, what I enjoyed the most out of this vacation was meeting the other guests on the property. My boyfriend's son made friends, my boyfriend made friends he could talk to. Everyone talked to one another and the kids went crab hunting together. It was the people who stayed in the property that made it most enjoyable.

July trip

The condo is stocked with utensils, plates and much needed kitchen items. The washer and dryer was large capacity which helped out with the large amounts of laundry due to rain during our trip. The beach was great when we were able to go, mother nature wasn't good to us this trip.

This clean space was perfect for our family of four! Beds were comfortable and shower/sink had great water pressure. Liked that there was a divided bathroom; shower & toilet on one side of a door and the sink/mirror was available when shower was in use! Thank you for labeling all the switches…that was helpful! The area was full of nice people and pleasantly quiet during late evening hours. The short walk out to the beach was just perfect. Thank you Vacasa!
