GULF VILLAGE #206 - NEWLY REMODELED. You'll love this comfortable, clean 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, gulf front condo at Gulf Village condominiums. This property sits directly on the beach with a gorgeous unobstructed front view of the Gulf and the pool. The full size wood deck is right outside the entrance door of this unit.
This large deck has plenty of room for dining and entertaining rather then a small balcony. This complex has a very wide beach frontage which is conveniently located just a few steps away from your unit. Also, this is one of a few properties that has rights to The Little Lagoon as well as a 2nd pool, which is located in the Gulf Villas.

This is a great property overlooking beautiful Gulf Shores! Clean, tidy, and hosts provided some beach essentials like chairs and an umbrella. Highly recommend staying here!

If you’re looking to be right on the beach without paying a fortune, this is it! Although this is a small & older building, recent renovations made this condo unit feel like new! Clean, efficient, full amenities, convenient to everything, easy access…a diamond in the rough! Would definitely stay here again!

Had a question for the owner he called right away , nice quiet place ,great location, we was there for 6 days ,the place was clean the views were great definitely would stay again. Glad we picked this spot.

Great stay

Beautiful, right on the beach and the room was very well stocked and clean. Would definitely stay again. Do wish the pool was heated though.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was great with the exception of the bed, pillows and linen. Fortunately we brought our own and had to buy a pillow for myself, wife brought her own. The bed could use an update. Other wise everything was great and the view was outstanding. Thank you.

We're from Southeastern Wisconsin and traveled to Gulf Shores, AL for a vacation and found that this was a great community for us to keep coming back to visit. We've been married for 37 years and raised four children. We recently retired and decided we'd love to share our property with our friends, family and guests.

Gulf Village is located right on the Gulf. There's miles and miles of beach frontage. This beach is great for taking long walks, swimming, or simply relaxing and enjoying the beautiful scenery. This town has many nearby venues for eating, drinking , and entertainment. Our condo is located right on the beach!

We recently remodeled the Kitchen and Bath. The Kitchen has all new appliances and is fully stocked with dinnerware, cookware, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. This unit has a large wood deck overlooking the pool and beach front. The deck has plenty of room for outside dinning and entertaining. The Little Lagoon has a long pier for our guests to use for fishing and crabbing.

Guests at Gulf Village - unit 206, have easy access to the beach, two pools, the Little Lagoon, BBQ grills, and, a coin operated laundry room, which is located on site. This complex is conveniently located near shops, bars and restaurants. You can purchase up to two parking passes for Gulf Village, if needed. If you don't have a vehicle you can call Lyft, Uber or a Cab, if you need transportation. We have a keypad entry door for your convenience, which eliminates the worries, of carrying or losing your key. This area is very close to the The Hangout which has a music festival held every May, and also the shrimp festival which is held every October.
