Enjoy the perks of staying at our gulf front 12th floor Ocean Aire gem! The view of the Gulf of Mexico and is breath-taking. We are centrally located in the heart of Destin in the Silver Shells Resort. In addition to the beach, you can enjoy the Silver Shells amenities such as the large lagoon style pool, indoor pool, children's pool, jacuzzi, beachside bar and grill, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, on site fitness center, cardio center, full-service spa, and Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. We are next door to the Henderson State Park, just a short walk to popular restaurants such as the Back Porch, and close to the best the shops in Destin.

We have a covered garage parking spot and offer additional parking for guests.

Main living area: Every window features a gorgeous Gulf view! In the main living area you will find a smart and comfortable open floorplan design. Gather around our large smart TV and sink into the cloud like sofa! There is plenty of seating for all, both in the living room and dining area. The dinner table features 6 seats with additional seats at the bar. The kitchen is well stocked and has plenty of counter and cabinet space. The chef in your family will find it easy to make lovely meals for the whole gang in our newly renovated kitchen. Our favorite part of the main living area is the stunning view from the panoramic sliding glass doors! Step right through onto our balcony and take a deep breath. The Gulf is calling!

Rest: The master suite is complete with a king bed, stunning views via balcony and an ensuite bathroom. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, excellent views, large closet and an ensuite bath. The 3rd bedroom has two queen beds and is next to the bathroom. All bedrooms feature large Smart TV's. For your convenience our condo also has a full size washer and dryer and high speed internet.

Play: Take advantage of the beach as well as the pool! Book your beach chairs at the kiosk as you come down to the beach. We have a wonderful beachside bar just past our pool and are within a short stroll from Ruth's Chris Steakhouse and the Back Porch!

Starter Pack: We provide our guests with Gilchrist & Soames hand and body soaps, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, toilet paper, trash can liners, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, dish sponge, coffee packs and laundry detergent pods. Guests are responsible for supplying their own amenities once our initial amenity package is depleted.

Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund. Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% a refund. For your protection, we encourage you to procure Traveler’s Insurance. Guests are required to electronically sign the rental agreement within TWO days of booking, otherwise the reservation is subject to cancellation.
