This luxurious 1900 Ninety-Eight condo has a modern coastal design and features breathtaking panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico from its private, 12-foot-deep balcony.

Inside, upscale, contemporary finishes and an open floor plan of over 2600 square feet allow guests to enjoy incredible panoramic views of the Gulf. This beautiful three-bedroom, three-bath condo boasts interior design elements incorporating custom cabinetry, sleek quartz countertops, Thermador kitchen appliances, and porcelain stone floor tile.

The master bedroom has private access to the balcony, a king bed, gorgeous views of the Gulf, and a private bathroom with a large soaking tub and separate shower. A guest bedroom has a queen bed and a shared bathroom with a shower/tub combo. A bunk room has 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds and a private bathroom with a shower.

Guests will enjoy all the amenities of 1900 Ninety-Eight, including a rooftop pool and spa, a modern fitness center with gulf views, and beach access.

**One beach setup, which includes 1 umbrella and 2 chairs, is provided with the rental on a seasonal basis, March till October 31st each year. Additional beach setups can be purchased directly from the on-site vendor if desired.

Walking in the first thing that absolutely takes your breath away is the view. The furnishings are stylish and comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you may need to make this your home away from home. Spacious rooms allow for multiple people to relax while still being together. Beach chair service team was attentive and very professional. Rooftop top is the perfect way to still enjoy the beach view while cooling off. We spent much of our time on the balcony soaking it all in. Check in was a breeze and the entire building is secure. We will absolutely be back and stay here again! Worth every penny!

Beautiful! Me, my boys, and husband were in awe at everything. The view was amazing. The private beach area is awesome and convenient. The condo has everything you need for your stay. Loved the security. We hope to stay at this same location again

Corner Room had Amazing Sunrise every morning… Absolutely Loved our Private Roped off Beach Area Accommodating only our Luxury Condominium (18 units only) Guest. Beach Service was on point making our stay absolutely Amazing. We’ll be back in December.

We had a wonderful stay at this location for our spring break! The views were phenomenal, and location to the beach was perfect. We really enjoyed having the beach set up (included) every day and the kitchen had everything we needed. The only complaint we have is that the mattresses were very hard (a simple topper would fix it), but otherwise this was a perfect stay and we would love to come back!

This property was absolutely perfect for our beach vacation! We felt safe, condo was spacious, immaculate and clean, we had absolutely everything we needed, and the private beach with chairs was amazing on the beach! The property host was so nice and responsive and we never had any problems during our stay. The views on the beach from the condo are incredible! Our family can’t wait to book here again on our next beach vacation.

By far one of the most beautiful locations we've stayed to date. The space is exactly as shown on VRBO and then some. The kitchen is FULLY equipped. The common rooms are spacious and the decor is tasteful and gorgeous. So nice that each bedroom had its own bath. Check-in and check-out processes were seamless. Would absolutely recommend and will definitely be planning a return trip soon!

The host was absolutely wonderful -- the view is unbelievable and the back porch is spacious and so nice - this place is so beautiful and relaxing -- it has everything you need and the decor is gorgeous - It was hard to come back home - we will definitely come here again - what an awesome gem :)

Stop looking, book NOW! Unbelievable view! You can see sunrise AND sunset from the balcony. Wonderfully appointed kitchen. Extremely clean, and we are pretty picky! Great location and we loved the rooftop pool and hot top! Enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful stay overall and would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a clean, well-maintained beachfront property in Destin.The condo was spotless when we arrived and incredibly spacious. The kitchen was one of the best-stocked vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in. It had everything we needed.One feature we especially appreciated was the separate laundry room with hampers and a utility sink, along with the separate utility room entrance, which made it easy to store sandy beach items without tracking them through the condo. The utility room was well stocked with rafts, sand castle tools for kiddos, and a cooler for adults.The location is fantastic—literally right on the beach. The views from both the balcony and the master bedroom are breathtaking. The covered balcony stays shaded throughout the day, making it the perfect place to relax, and the large outdoor balcony with lounge chairs and additional seating was one of our favorite spots. The private beach access, outdoor shower and foot rinse station, rooftop pool, hot tub, and gym were all excellent amenities.Every entrance, including the elevators, requires an access code, which made us feel very safe.Overall, this is a beautiful, exceptionally clean, well-equipped condo in an outstanding location with incredible views and amenities. If the mattresses were upgraded and the private beach policies were enforced more consistently, it would easily be a 10/10.
