This 1 Bedroom RV is cozy and all outfitted for a perfect vacation. The kitchen is stocked with all the basics. Each RV has its own private deck with great views and is all set up for a party by the Firepit. You are just 15 miles from the New Gorge National Park, 2 miles from Summersville Lake and walking distance to the Brownstone Mill or the World Famous Tractor Bar. Whether you enjoy rock climbing, hiking, biking, fishing or just relaxing...this is the location for you.
The RV has one bedroom, but there is also a pull out couch that makes a bed and the dining area converts to a bed. There is TV and Wi-fi. You will love sitting on the patio or enjoying the firepit. We supply bedding for the main bed, towels, paper goods... etc. We also will stock it with coffee, filters, and sugar. If you need ice for your cooler, please let us know. With backup generator so you won't have to worry about weather spoiling your vacation.

This trailer was very clean, comfortable and roomy, parking right next to it and boat trailer parking available on property, Mary was excellent with communication and making sure we had everything we needed. The Tractor Bar was within walking distance and a fun spot to hang out. We hope to stay again.

A nice quiet place to getaway. The location is perfect for visiting a lot of West Virginia scenery within a very short driving distance.

Wonderful getaway

We booked for the weekend in the area for my wife’s birthday. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and definitely recommend this location to stay. The tractor bar was very neat to visit as well. Our host was awesome and kind!

Must visit!

Our family had a comfortable stay and we loved the outside patio!!! Must try the mills cinnamon rolls 🤤 and the loaded potato from the tractor bar, Y’all both amazing!!! Mary was very easy to get hold of and had everything ready for us upon arrival!!

Super awesome

We did a lot of sightseeing, zip lining, and hiking swimming. We had a very full weekend. We pushed ourselves to the limits to enjoy West Virginia.

Loved my stay the only issue was I could not get into my camper, something happened to the lock. But I am sure It was fixed as soon as i checkout. I would not hesitate renting this camper again. Peaceful

Charming, picturesque, great location. The trailer was in good condition. Our only complaint was the bed was very hard. It needs a new, modern mattress. Sleeping was poor. If the bed was updated, I would give it an excellent rating.

An overall good spot. Camper was clean and provided a nice stay. It’s very close to many activity spots and restaurants. Pictures are a tad misleading, so check it out on the map to see how close you are to your neighbors. It was also impossible to flush the toilet without filling the bathroom with the holding tank smell, but overall it’s a good spot and we enjoyed our stay

Cozy, clean, and comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was peaceful and the camper was well equipped. The Tractor Bar was a blast. Mary was very accommodating. The pond is stocked so bring your fishing poles. I will definitely be back. Thanks for a great time!
