The cabin was in such a great location, close to New River Gorge and several state parks. It was very clean and the hot tub was great! We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice cabin convenient to local attractions. Everything was very clean and the cabin well equipped! The host was very prompt when responding to any questions I had. Definitely recommend staying at this cabin!!

This is a great cabin surrounded by trees so it feels very private. It is an easy drive to New River Gorge and all of the activities in the area. Super clean with comfortable beds and living area. A nice place for a family trip.

Cabin was cozy and clean. We couldn't find any blankets for the beds for those of us who are cold blooded. Overall was a good experience.

This was the perfect stay for our family when visiting New River Gorge! It was convenient to things, yet secluded feeling as well. The cabin was soo clean, which is one of the first things my wife and I notice when staying somewhere! The check in process was easy. It was comfortable for my wife and kids and I. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

We always have a great stay. The cabin is very cosey and the location is close to a lot of activities. We will stay here again next time we are traveling thru West Virginia.

The cabin was in a great location for access to the New River Gorge NP. Sits far enough back from road that noise wasn't much of an issue.

Property was beautiful and secluded. Toilet tank was leaking and causing bathroom floor to be wet. Back door had water damage and could not be opened or closed which made access to hot tub difficult in muddy weather. Roof had 2 leaks one in living room and one in kitchen. Nice cabin but needs some maintenance for the nightly price.

Everything about Mountaineer Cabin 6 was perfect during our short two day stay. Easy check in, very clean, plenty of kitchen supplies and towels, etc. The hot tub worked great, lots of jets to get all the sore spots after a long hike. This cabin is very close to many great excursions at New River Gorge. We hope to stay again when we have more time to enjoy more of what the area offers

The location was perfect, close to numerous attractions and delicious food. A shout out to Secret Sandwich Society, Char and Pies and Pints. Had a couple problems upon arrival but Michael was attentive and went out of his way to try to help. The cabin had about everything you need to stay comfortable. People were welcoming everywhere we went and the area is beautiful.

Perfect home base for exploring the national and state parks in the area. The hot tub was much appreciated after a day of hiking the trails. The host was quick to respond and we had everything needed for meal prep, showering and relaxing. Strong Wi-Fi for remote working as well. Adorable and comfortable in a private setting! Will definitely stay here again.

Amazing place to stay! The driveway up to the cabin could use a little repair- it was rutted and a bit difficult to navigate in a sedan but this didn't detract from enjoying a cozy getaway.
