Beautiful Property and Area

Our stay was wonderful and the drive to the property was beautiful. Everyone adored the animal greeters.

A great One Night Stay

We had activities further up north and instead of making a full trip home we stayed in Boscobel. A nice place to stay! Thank you!

Exactly what we needed.

This was a perfect place to unwind after exploring the Wisconsin wilderness. Would recommend to anyone.

Perfect retreat from the city

Treefrog Haven

We had a wonderful stay - very comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen in a gorgeous area. As we were leaving and I was talking to Kayla I got to see one of the delightful treefrogs I'd been hearing.

Country Living

We loved our stay. The property is beautiful and well maintained. The host's are very nice! We visited The House on the Rock and Mound of the Caves, they are AWESOME! Visited the local towns and a couple fruit/vegetable stands and did some bowling. Lots of fun snd relaxation.

Loved our Stay

We found the property clean and perfect for our needs. The host was gracious and the loft was well supplied. They sell farm fresh beef and eggs. We had the eggs for breakfast each morning, what a treat. We would recommend Hollow Rule to anyone staying in the area.

Perfect stay

The property was exactly what we were looing for but didn't know it existed until we arrived. I really enjoy animals and nature so this property was the perfect combination. A great escape from urban living and so close to home. Thank you Kayla and Jerrell.

Great little place!

My family and I were in town for cross country and needed a nearby place to stay the night. This was perfect! Clean, plenty of sleeping/seating areas. Well stocked cupboards w/dishes and silverware. The kids loved the farm animals outside too, especially the kitties. Would stay here again!

We had an absolutely beautiful, peaceful trip. It was so fun seeing the cows (and calf) outside the window. The barn cats were also so sweet. Kayla was very responsive and helpful. The room on top of the garage was very clean and comfortable and felt pretty private. We picked up some yummy beef that was so special to commemorate our trip with. A given, but such great scenery and driving around here as well.

Grant County Hidden Gem!!

Loved that the guest house was several miles outside of Boscobel. No traffic, no close neighbors, no noise but the sounds of nature. Exactly what I was looking for! The guest house was larger than I expected, clean, had everything you could want. The winding roads and the hills and valleys, within hills and valleys, were just stunning. What a beautiful part of WI. Certainly would love to come back again!

Authentic country experience

We were so impressed with the dedication and effort that this young farm family has put into an old farmstead in the hills of SW Wisconsin. The studio rental unit was ultra clean and spacious, with excellent cross ventilation to catch the breezes from the hollows. We enjoyed watching my cattle dog encounter real cattle for the first time. She adapted quickly and even made friends with Darla (host dog) the second night. Last but not least, the well water was the best I have tasted in several years. We would definitely rent again.

Beautiful Peaceful Stay

I had a wonderful stay. Directions to the location was perfect. Easy check in. The leave a helpful list right up front. The space is more spacious than the photos appear. The hosts gave me my space which I love while I travel, and worked with me and my fuzzy friend so we could have a great relaxing stay.
